With the final match of Gameweek 28 not taking place until Thursday, our usual members’ article focuses on the nine fixtures already done and dusted.

Gameweek 31 plays a part in our assessment as the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) transfer market rushes to acquire Liverpool’s in-form Brazilian and Stoke’s playmaker at a time when Bournemouth’s frontman is shown the door.

Meanwhile, we cast an eye over Man United and Brighton’s strikers, while a certain Huddersfield midfielder makes a claim for consideration as a differential.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

I have tried to avoid doing early transfers this year, but If Phil Jones drops in price again I won't be able to afford Van Dijk.

Would you make the transfer today to bring Van Dijk in before the Jones drop?

I think it's preparations for GW31. Although I'd get Robertson instead.

How would you use these 2 FTs?

    Pope Elliot
    Alonso Otamendi Mawson Mee Mariappa
    Sterling Salah Walcott Shaqiri Richarlison
    Kane Firmino Wilson

    FT: 2, ITB: 0.9

Maybe one of them Otamendi -> Robertson?

I'm planning on doing Elliot -> Lössl next week

For a late wildcard I think it’s crucial to pick players with motivations for the end of the season. E.g mahrez playing for a transfer, Izquierdo for a spot in starting XI in the WC, Kane/Salah chasing golden boot. Who else has a high motivation to succeed at the end of the season?

      Top 4 chasers, relegation battlers.

Don’t forget the World Cup: some mid table managers are generous and rest key international players in final fixtures, gains brownie points for withdrawal from future friendlies too. I remember Siggy getting final games off before the Euros

This was my initial thought but i now believe Huddersfield has more chances of keeping a clean sheet.

West Brom play against Watford, Leicester and Bournemouth, all 3 teams score easily.

But then again Dawson is a goal threat..

Why is it been billed as fortress Europe in that site when the EU seems to be the go to place for these poor souls?

Maybe it should be fortress Russia and some of the some of the stable middle eastern states that dont seem to let in any refugees at all.

I think the country's that actively destabilized north Africa and the middle east over the last decade should be willing to take their fair share of the fall out.

That means USA/Saudi Arabia/other Nato country's that got involved and Russia/Iran

        That is, GW31's blanked fixtures.

So, as expcted, just after GW31 finishes, more than a week before GW32.

Could they still fall into GW31?

No. The 2 weeks after GW31 are the international break.

That’s a relief for those looking to wildcard in GW32. Depending on who goes through in the cup, one or two could conceivably go into GW37 rather than 34 as expected.

Cool - when the GW35 blanks will be known too - likely will all be re-arranged in one go. Puts further doubt that all the GW31 blanks will just be moved to GW34 and all the GW35 blanks to GW37.

West Ham v Stoke in gw34 has been given the Monday night slot. That would have to be moved to accommodate the gw31 Man UTD game. Hmmm.

Dunno, but I really had to bite my tongue when a female colleague asked me earlier (when referring to the predicted snowfall tomorrow) "how big is 8 inches?".

Do we think Pritchard is worth considering or are we being blinded by 2 decent fixtures? Huddersfield are not exactly world beaters.

I'm certainly considering him or his team mate van la parra for this stretch of the season, they are fighting for relegation and have form and fixtures so why not take a punt on them?

I presume everyone has seen or it has atleast been mentioned about the pictures of raheem sterling training with the team today then? Thats good news, would be a nice end to the gameweek if Sterling started against Arsenal!
