A superb response from Arsenal in the North London derby saw Robin Van Persie once again feature amongst our top ten ICT Index performers in the Gameweek. He still trailed City pair Mario Balotelli and Aleksandar Kolarov, however, with West Brom’s James Morrison also enjoying another superb Gameweek tally.

Here’s our post-Gameweek breakdown of the key player stats, together with our view on destination of the Fantasy Premier League bonus points.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Not long back from Murrayfield. Disappointed to lose (obviously), but Scotland looked the most dangerous I've seen for years (not seen a Scottish try in the flesh at Murrayfield since 2006!!).

Stuart Hogg looks utterly brilliant, so happy he's Scottish.

The future's bright, bring on the Oirish!

    Kompany, Kelly, Shotton, Simpson, Turner
    Demps, Silva, Valencia, McClean, Bale,
    Dzeko, RVP, Ba.

2ft 2.6 in bank. Thanks guys.

    Should I

    A) Improve GK (sell mignolet for Krul or other option)
    B) Improve Defence (Sell Turner for Evans, Caulker, other option)
    C) Something else (potentially raise funds for Aguero)?

ok folks I ma behind in my ML by an annoying 1 point so it comes down to BAPs this week, what do you think

    Me

Migns (Left Schwarzer on bench 🙁 ) Taiwo, Evans, Santon, Dempsey, Bale, McLean, Silva, Aguero (c) RvP, Ba

    Him

Vorm, BAE, Simpson, Raylor, Naylor, Bale, Dempsey (c), Walters, Yaya, Dyer, RvP

Can I can 2 more than him? I can see me getting 1 more from Aguero or Silva, but 2 may be difficult.

    Zenit, you're around?

I feel hard done by this week - missing out on my stoke clean sheet and backup Vorm not playing, wrong captain choice, and to top it off no Richards.
And my Fulham CS stayed on my bench as I had Caulker ahead of Kelly :/

Still, well done mate, twas a close one, once the bps are in we'll see it updated I think, I can't see any sort of allocation that would see me win it really.

Other than Ba 3, Aguero 0, rest of both teams 0 😛

    My team really needs fixing!!!

Before today I thought the only fix needed was Richards. (which could probably wait until GW28)

After the events of this weekend both Sorensen and Senderos are now questionable moving forward. This really screws me up because i wanted to use my transfers to make a big impact in my Midfield and Fwd not minor changes to my GK and Defense. ie Senderos>Kelly or Sorensen > Begovic.

    Mignolet/Sorensen
    Richards/Senderos/Simpson/Naylor/Jevans
    Silva/Demps/Bale/Sess/Moses
    RVP/BA/Aguero

    0.1 in Bank

Anyone else in a similar position? If so what are your plans? If not, ANY help would be appriciated.

the only change in attack you need is Aguero to Rooney in GW28, you mid is fine for a few weeks (I think Clint needs to go GW32 and I'd keep Richards as he is now likely to start v Bolton. You can play Richards, Simpson and Naylor next week and then just replace Sorensen, how much is in the bank on the basis you will need 0.8 or 0.9 to get Rooney in.

it was one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen, Poll booked the guy, but forgot he'd already done it once, 2 minutes the guy commits another foul and this time does get sent off, it was almost as if he felt he HAD to get booked again.

wait til i beat you in DAS ALLIANZ ARENA ;). but actually im kind of glad i ended up in the group of death, think it will end up being a very interesting and tight group. good luck to you going forward besides in gw 30! 😉

Save the transfer for sure, have Tony V first sub or play him ahead of Kolarov (who i don't think will play next week), he is supposed to be fit and if he is I'd expect him to do something. Maybe play Caulker ahead of Raylor and spread your risk?

    Evening all. Trophy for Liverpool...happy.

My Bale to Mata transfer for a 4 point hit was not great (5pts vs 6pts) but Chelsea looked much improved and I'm glad I have Mata for wba, STO rather than Bale for MU, eve.

I'm thinking of breaking up the "fab 5" even more by shipping out Sess this week. I will have in the region of 6.9 to spend....my original plan was to get Moses or Beausejour to rotate with N Dyer but Wigan still look terrible...any other suggestions?

TW mentioned Giggs and Morrisson below, forgot about them, Morrisson is in some fine form right now and Giggs may not be nailed on (though with Clevs injured AGAIN) he will get more minutes, but whenever he plays he seems to do something.

I'm assuming you want to Aguero > Rooney with that 0.9 in the bank for week 28?

Obviously, you'll want a week 29 player ... so can I interest you in a Cabaye/Gutierrez? Otherwise, drop down to a Siggy/McClean/Moses level and bank the cash for other moves. Maybe even a Cleverly if he looks to play in 29.

0.6 in bank and team is:

        Vorm/Mignolet
        Kompany/Richards/Caulker/Shotton/Kelly
        Nani/Bale/Sigg/Sess/McClean
        RVP/Rooney/Ba

Extra money could go in to some Man City attacking coverage I suppose. I'd happily do Sess->Yaya Toure and leave McClean there but I got Sessvfor cheap and it leaves me 0.2 short :/

shotton to evans, sess to morrison and mcclean to bausejour by gw 29, would give you 3 more players playing then. and evans you should want anyways, bausejour has nice fixtuers the next 3 and west brom have decent fixtures after gw 29 for a few weeks

I was just looking at Bau because he seems the best out of the Wigan lot (2,8,5,3 since joining) and Wigan have SWA, nor, WBA coming up inc. GW29 and I see them doing well out of that, somehow.

Doing well *in a sense* anyway, we're talking about my cheapest midfielder->my new cheapest midfielder here.

anyone else think now Stoke are out of Europa we might see a more settled line-up in defence, with Huth replacing Upson once his suspension ends?

If so does that make Wilko and Shotton decent picks again?
