Scarred by the resting of City duo Sergio Aguero and David Silva, Gameweek 27 will go down as one of the key periods in the Fantasy season as vice captains kicked in to gift or rob Fantasy managers of spoils. Sunday’s events didn’t fail to add their own twists with red cards, missed penalties and the return to form of Clint Demspey alongside the extraordinary contribution of Pavel Pogrebnyak.

Our members can now pick through all the statistics from the Gameweek and, as always, we’ve picked out some eye-catching numbers to digest. Of course, we’ve also included our prediction of where the Fantasy Premier League bonus will go…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Bit of advice from a seasoned FPL pro needed ...

I'm 75-80% sure that Ba won't be my third striker - I'm considering Odem, Pog and Balo. So my idea was, as I'm on a WC, I'll get Pog in to catch the 0.1 rise and if I decide to keep him, so be it. But is that 0.1 worth the small risk that I decide I do want Ba and end up losing 0.4 on him? And would you keep Ba for the long term if you were in my position?

    Thank you 🙂

I'm sure Ronaldo missed a couple, there wasn't a mass exodus because it was unforgivable!

i am quite sure ba will suffer price drop though.

he didn't score for two weeks in a row+-1pt. this week.

casual players are selling him as we are talking.

look at rvp if u don;t believe me. even if rvp didn't score for a match, people start selling him

Today Ba hit the crossbar and missed a penalty so he's definitely going to start scoring soon enough. I think patience is needed and you'll most probably experience a dry spell with which ever 3rd striker you bring in.

I obviously can't see your team & don't know your position but I am keeping my w/c as there will be some DGW cos of FA cups. Ba has done poorly recently so that's a decision you have to make. Don't worry about .1 rise, keep w/c

dont go suarez.. why would you sell Ba? what about progb (fulham)?

Silva will play next game, mancini can't risk rotating his best players against better opposition.

i actually think young would be a good trade.

if you have had bale a long time (I assume you have) i would not sell him.

Do these two free transfers tonight before Sigurdsson´s price rises, yay or nay?

    Shotton -> Enrique
    Sessegnon -> Sigurdsson

Leaves me with 0.8 in the bank for a possible Aguero -> Rooney transfer

    Team ATM:
    Krul/Vorm
    Kompany/Simpson/Assou-Ekotto/Evans/Shotton
    Silva/Dempsey/McClean/Sessegnon/Bale
    RVP/Ba/Aguero

This GW has gone to show how important it is to have a strong bench. Those with Ferguson, or other cheap wasters will have been severely burnt.

Granted, I had McAuley coming off my bench but it's all part of having a strong and starting full-15 squad.

True. Although in exceptional cases (such as this week) when you need all 3 subs, if all have played 90mins then there's always a chance of at least 1 of them getting a half decent points haul.

I had Ekotto (1 pt.), Evans (1) and McClean (1) on my bench.

He hit the woodwork and missed a pen, could easily have had 10-15 points.

      Villa defence better than wolves

      Dunne not bad aerially

I like Pog but I really do think wolves were just diabolical.

In his other two games and two goals he only had 2 shots on target (both his goals)

to redeem myself recently I sat on Valencia even though his price was dropping as at the stage I'm at in my mini-leagues I have to chill a bit on the point deductions now (or so I thought)

I like him (Siggy), I really want to buy him (Siggy), but looking at the fixtures I think my money might go on McClean instead

You can all laugh at me when this goes wrong

    JEvans Skrtel Enrique
    Dempsey Bale Valencia Sigurdsson
    RVP Rooney Ba

Why get rid of Richards, wait to see Zabaletta injury prognosis. Siggy fixtures not great, i love the guy but you might have missed the boat methinks.

i'm personally getting rid of aguero. He will probably play v sporting seeing as he was rested yesterday and potentially could be rested v swansea. Don't think he will be but there is a risk

I'm 99% taking him out tonight

If I was on a wildcard I definitely would

Look at it this way (and I know Man Utd can rotate a lot) but Young just came in and scored two, even if the Big V is fit tomorrow not sure he playing the next game, even without Nani really firing at his best, the time to sell the Big V has come and gone my friend but better (for both of us) to bite the bullet now then hold on out of stubbornness I say

    Votes Please

    A) Aguero + Sess OUT and Rooney + McClean in
    B) Aguero + Sess OUT and Suarez + Young in
    C) Sess + Ba OUT and Pogbreknak + Nani in

Im thinking A is most sensible. Thoughts?
