It’s not been the greatest of gameweeks so far, has it? With a couple of clashes still to go, many of us will be keeping a keen eye on tomorrow night’s events at the Emirates, with the hopes of many a Fantasy manager pinned firmly on the shoulders of Robin Van Persie.

For now, though, our members can now pick through all the statistics from the Gameweek and, once again, we’ve picked out some eye-catching numbers to digest. As usual, we’ve also included our prediction of where the Fantasy Premier League bonus will go…

          I think the candidates in that price range have to be Valencia (if playing) or Yaya. MCY will surely come back firing after the w/e and he looks up for the fight.

          Personally though, I'd go Siggy and then use the funds to do Ba -> Adebayor in GW31.

              Swansea have the 2nd best fixtures from GW30-36, and you can just play Mclean next week. He looked average yesterday, but I expect Siggy to fire in attempts and be a big creative force for Swansea to the end of the season.

              Siggy is a class player and if you plan to rotate him for home games you could do well. Play him in very easy away games also.

      Mata and Ba.
      Suarez is more expensive, scores less goals, and even though he is away to QPR, Ba is at home to Norwich.
      I don't see any benefit in having Suarez after this week*
      *nor do I see the point in having him for the DGW - too bad I already brought him in. 😕

          I think everyone is jumping the gun. Suarez could still have a big game. I mean, I thought Moses was completely worthless, and that panned out today. You just never know in this game.

            Moses is pretty useless though. His shot to goal ratio is the worst in the league and by a decent margin. No real reason to have him in your team at this stage in the game.

            Honestly I only got Suarez to get the 4 points and didn't expect anything else. Just think I coulda taken a chance on someone else rather than book a 4 point gain and then have to deal with 2 pointers for the following weeks till I could get rid of him.

          Same. qpr and WIG aren't the worst fixtures to have him for though - he is leaving my team in GW31, unless he goes nuts in the next 2 games.

          Indeed, Rami has been a beast for us this season. Best player, after Mata. Still needs to improve on his finishing & passing in the final third. That's where he lacks as a winger. But I still back him as a quality box-to-box CM. We need his pace and movement, to complement Lamps. Moreover, every time I watch him on the wing, he tends to feels very restricted. Better than last season though when he did close to zilch in his appearances as RM.

          Agreed, we aren't storming these results. But atleast it's going in the right direction. Finally, we've realized 433 is useless without quality wingers/strikers. Going by Napoli's horrid defending, I still see light at the end of the tunnel on Wednesday.

      I have a similar kind of bet with Super Dunny - I backed Mata to outscore Bale over GW26-30 incl. With 2 games to go it's:

      Bale - 7

          GW29 included. Ladder after GW29 will be used to determine top 256. If teams 255 & 256 are on equal points & equal transfers then overall rank will be used. You are really on the border. You are probably 210th already.

                    I am talking about the next 2 games. If RVP scores well vs Newc then you will suffer more as many teams have him minimum with quite a few as captain. GW29 counts. Expect at least 200 more. 🙁

        Thanks, not too keen on Wilkinson, though also Siggy seems to have a lot of potential and the Swans have great fixtures in April, another option would be for me to downgrade Ba to a cheap striker to afford Rooney.

      Any idea what happened to the rescheduled fixture last season? Postponed midweek or later?

      If i rmb right, there's a clause which says if the FA Cup SF/Final falls over the weekend, there should be no PL games for those teams midweek. Similar to why Liv-Eve got rescheduled later (due to CC Finals)
