He's playing OOP, like Rooney did until recently. Last few times out it's been Cisse is up front with Ba in the hole or even deeper. Cisse gets to wear his boots but not (it seems) for 90 mins... tellingly, when he goes off, Ameobi jumps straight into them, Ba stays back. I don't know how long Pardew will carry this on, but while it does Ba is unlikely to be the main goalscorer.

We ended the season undefeated. Terrible way to lose. We had to win 1st inns but only managed a draw so they won. Dropping 10 catches in the final didn't help. Would have been a good finish if we caught half of them.
