Where FPL teams concede the most chances from – Part 1

We have used data from the Fantasy Football Scout Members Area to identify where each Premier League team is most susceptible to conceding goals.

Nine Gameweeks on from the last time we undertook this study, we are taking another look to see if any of the previous trends have changed.

It also gives us a chance to test each club’s vulnerabilities against their upcoming schedule to see which Fantasy options can exploit the most weaknesses over the next six Gameweeks.

That information could help Fantasy managers make more informed transfer and captain decisions over the select period.

Fantasy Football Scout memberships are now reduced for the remainder of the season, now costing just £10.

GTG?? Will do tomorrow for (-4) but just enough money: Son + Digne + Martial -> Salah + Keane + Richarlison.

    Team will be:

    Alisson
    Robertson - Keane - AWB
    Salah - Hazard - Pogba - Anderson - Richarlison
    Auba - Rashford

    Jimenez, Bennett, Peltier

I guess if this week you're going to be behind the couch when Salah plays i'd bring him in now 😀

Want to get Salah in after this week.

    1) Son + Sane -> Salah + Salah + Rashford
    3) Son + Felipe + Luiz -> Salah, 4.2 + Shaw ( -4 )

    Fab Hamer
Doherty AA Digne AWB David Luiz
Son Sane Pogba Camarasa Felipe Anderson
    Kane Jiminez Auba

I'd prefer to keep Auba so currently flipping between 1 and 3.

Like 1 with 2 Salah and changing midfielder to striker 😀
Did you mean Kane -> Rash for the money?

I myself plan on getting Eriksen next round as i like spurs fixtures, but wouldnt be without Salah for the rest of the session.
I would consider getting rid of David luiz -> Expensive when you already have 4 other defenders with good fixtures to rotate

Thinking Luiz + Jimenez -> 3.8 + Kamara = 3.7m towards salah and you would still have the same playing players (or point potential)

That's a really good idea i hadn't even considered losing Jiminez.

I have the exact cash to do Son + Jimmy + DLuiz -> Salah Kamara and Bednarek.

Comes down to who do i want to lose, Jimmy to Kamara, or Felipe to Fodder.

Assumed Foster was just set and forget with Speroni an enabler for the the front 8. I've been burned a few times with rotating cheaper keepers but it is good to have the option. Not sure where i'd eek out the extra few mill to upgrade. Fraser-> Redmond? ( feels like such a trap )

suggestions here? 1ft and 2.7m. Largely depends on When and if I bring in salah.

    Fabianski • Button
    Holebas • Digne • Schindler • Alonso --- Doherty
    Hazard • Rich • Pogba • Anderson • Son
    Kane --- Jimenez • Kamara

    A: Son + Anderson >> Salah + Redmond (-4) and continue with 352

B: Save FT and get Salah for free next gw by either downgrading alonso or Anderson.

C: Ignore Salah (!) which is a bit scary and instead do Son > Sterling (c). And then next gw look Alonso + Anderson >> Cedric + Mane to give me a power midfield

I've been looking at Redmond as well to get Salah in, but it feels like a trap.....

I was waiting one more week to let Son play at United, but Liverpool do have a good fixture to bounce back from this week so could be worth it.

Do Alonso -> TAA for money.
In 5 gws time do Digne -> Pereira for fixtures.

Would consider doing Holebas -> AWB too

That would secure you defense for the rest of the session

I may be nit-picking, but this article has a (small-ish) number of spelling & grammar mistakes.

More importantly though, there is at least one statement that is incorrect and probably should be omitted altogether. For the latter point, sections such as:

"... although there is an outside chance Eden Hazard (£11.1m) could be handed the right-midfield berth."

Hazard never, ever starts on the right. As a free-roaming forward (either from his wing position, or as a False 9), he may drift to the right at times - but that's really by no means his berth.

Maybe I'm being harsh, but it feels like the truth is stretched quite optimistically to give Hazard a name-check?

There are frequently spelling and grammar mistakes in David's articles, unfortunately. I shaln't comment of the stretching or simplification of reality, but I do like the idea of the articles if not the execution. Useful to scroll through, but confusing to read.

Interestingly I typed in a rush, as I'm on my way out. I prefer to be generous and assume David doesn't have the resources he needs (time and support) to produce the quality we deserve, rather than being unable to. Ironically, it's the reader who is treated like an imbicile with single single-sentence paragraphs spoon fed to us by an article that doesn't display full control over the the English language.

Anyway, as I say, I assume it's just rushed. But I still think it's interesting and useful.

You know what, whether they are paid or not is irrelevant. The fact is we can choose to agree or disagree, find the articles useful or not. The amount of material they produce monthly, videos, informative articles and research it entails is worthy of our gratitude not our criticism.

Personally i use all of it more for vindication of my own choices, i use none of the statistics and never have but it can be thought provoking and lead me to consider things that maybe i would otherwise overlook in my own personal considerations.

I don't disagree with free speech but find this particular thread vacuous.

They get ad revenue from us reading their content (and refreshing the page). If they want me to actually read the articles (they may not care), then they might be interesed in my opinion about what I expect from an article. I don't see an issue with criticising it.

Just like any newpaper or magazine, I would expect the writers to have a good command of the English language, and at the very least an editor (or the author) to check for errors. Vacuous is harsh, as I'm supporting the site every time I hit the post button.

Do players have it written in their contracts that before drinking from a water bottle they must scoosh a wee bit onto the grass?

I'm guessing that's the squirt out the top layered potential contaminated bit from others drinking from it.. that was my reason anyway

Not sure. I’m trying to get him in too, but don’t think you should take Jiménez out. B makes more sense to me

The EFL trophy has pretty much been killed by the FA allowing reserve teams in (Granted the competition had one foot in the grave already.) but tonight throws up the glorious fixture of the Sunderland first team squad facing the Newcastle under 21's in a competitive fixture, it's pretty dull supporting NUFC lately but tonight's a good night 🙂

Luiz on the bench. Is this good (ie rested) or bad (ie lost his place) for owners?

Was abysmal in the league game at Wembley in Nov so maybe just dropped for this/give Christensen more minutes, who's started in all the Carabao cup games this season.

      Luiz will start vs Newcastle.

Best option for next few weeks:

    A: Cedric + Anderson + Salah
    B: Alonso + Redmond + Salah
    C: Cedric + Mane/Sane/Eriksen + Sterling
    D: Alonso + Eriksen + Mane
