Son and Trippier benched as Eriksen starts for Spurs

Son Heung-min (£8.7m) and Kieran Trippier (£6.0m) are among the benched players for Spurs in their Double Gameweek 34 fixture.

With already-relegated Huddersfield coming to north London, Mauricio Pochettino has taken this opportunity to start Fernando Llorente (£5.1m) and Kyle Walker-Peters (£4.2m) in their place.

Christian Eriksen (£9.3m) has held onto his place in the side and without Trippier should have a greater involvement in set pieces.

Also, with Son on the bench and Harry Kane (£12.6m) injured, it is possible the Danish international could be taking the penalties too.

Ben Davies (£5.6m) comes in for Danny Rose (£5.8m) at left-back, while Juan Foyth (£5.0m) starts alongside Jan Vertonghen (£5.9m) and Davinson Sánchez (£5.8m) so that Toby Alderweireld (£6.0m) can have a rest on the bench.

Huddersfield have lined themselves up in a 4-5-1 formation with Karlan Grant (£5.0m) leading the line. He has two goals in his last two away trips.

Chris Löwe (£4.4m) and Jon Stankovic (£3.9m) are both playing out of position in midfield.

      You always want more though. Quite jealous of OR4 giving the armband to Moura, but hey ho, that was slightly too maverick even for me.

        Don't think it was Maverick at all. Owning him was more maverick than C him because of rotation when Alli is back but if you had him C made some sense as he was guaranteed to play.

        However, his decision to bench Sterling and play Valery?! over Doherty is quite frankly baffling.

      With all the ugliness we've seen in football recently, those scenes of Moura celebrating with his son and the crowd cheering every kick of the ball his son took really warmed my black heart.

            I didn't have acaptain this week. knew son and eriksen were risks and tottenham are going to score lots of goals. moura was the only option I had. btw I should have removed maddison for a hit either this gw or next gw. So I picked this GW to have a decent captain

            Just to add to this. As a West Ham fan, we beat them 5-0 away with goals from Lee Bowyer (2), Johnathon Spector, Matthew Etherington and Nobby Solano. That says it all.
