We’ve been here before. Seven days ago we were waxing lyrical about the efforts of Papiss Cisse and Hatem Ben Arfa – a week later, we’re at it again having seen both combine to unravel a hapless Liverpool.

Cisse’s brace took him to seven in as many games, while at the Lane, Emmanuel Adebayor confirmed himself as a rival for a slot in our squads, as he returned to goalscoring form.

    So my ade transfer was ok, but could have saved shit lots of money with cisse... all well. Is it mean to hope rooney doesnt play so people loss out and i gets simpsons points off the bench?

    If predicted BPs are correct then I'll be on 46 with Evans, Valencia, Rooney to go.

    It's all about consistency and I'm still confident I'll finish higher than Mark... top 100 finish WILL happen.

      Realistically it'll be 400-500 as to break 100 you need a lot of luck.... and the only luck I get is bad!

    can someone tell me, in terms of ppi / bonus points, does a shot on target count the same magnitude as a shot off target. like is it +10 and -10 or whatever?

      just seen Cisse's 2nd goal again on MOTD2 and I'm pretty sure Ben Arfa didnt get a touch, so should be Ba assist. I don't have either, but think those who have still stuck with Ba up to this point deserve something :p

      Ade,Bale,VDV the way to go for in the DGW instead of 1 defender, VDV/BALE,Ade?

      Thinking that Spurs are much more likely to have a goalfest against Blackburn and Bolton than a CS fest.

      Blackburn always score and Bolton should score too at home….

            Ben Arfa was at least a foot away from the ball, there's an angle from behind the goal that shows it very very clearly.

                      Ive got Walcott, Siggy, Bale, Valencia, Dempsey, RVP Roon and Cisse and its Siggy Im benching. So thats why Ive gone with him. Good luck Its a tough call and when it doesnt work you always kick yourself but when it does work you are ecstatic!!

                If I had a defining choice in football, it would be for automatic red cards to be awarded to those who fake injuries.

                Nothing grinds my gears more than a player pretending to write in the floor in pain, wait until verdict and get up with no obvious harm, such a joke.

            Tomorrow match will be interesting for me. I'm chasing my rival for 30€ monthly prize and our situation is:

            Bad guy: 256 pts
            Good guy: 208 pts + Roo and Val

            So, 48 pts to catch up. If Rooney scores 3 and Val assists all of them, it would be 30 pts with maximum bp's. If we add Val's hatrick to later, it still needs at least 2 assist from Rooney.

            I don't say it's impossible to win that 30€, but I think I've to just in case plan my monthly budjet without that sum.
