We’ve been here before. Seven days ago we were waxing lyrical about the efforts of Papiss Cisse and Hatem Ben Arfa – a week later, we’re at it again having seen both combine to unravel a hapless Liverpool.

Cisse’s brace took him to seven in as many games, while at the Lane, Emmanuel Adebayor confirmed himself as a rival for a slot in our squads, as he returned to goalscoring form.

    Game was a huge disappointment, but there was one nice thing to take away from it. Wenger just straight up said they weren't good enough and had no excuse. That's a nice step up from the usual post-match BS.

          Its a real character alright but thought Julia was just cast for American audiences. She was nowhere as bad as Richard Gere in the Jackal though!

            Understandable, even as a United supporter I like when Pool are in it properly, adds to the game. Of course I'd never admit that to my Liverpool supporting brother 😉 Still, Suarez has been disappointing, surprised as he is a natural goal scorer.

              This year has been much more nervy for me as we have Citeh chasing not Chelsea. It was much more dramatic when Pool gave us a run for the title and beat us at OT, I was shittin it!!!

    What would you do for the double???

    A) Keep RVP, get rid of Rooney.

    B) Keep Rooney, get rid of RVP.

    C) Keep both RVP and Rooney.

    I'm sitting on C mainly because I can't trust Ade in my team.

      B or C for me. Rooney has to be in for the season

      The only reason I'm even considering B is that RvP looks tired. He's been vastly over-used due to Arsenal's dependance on him. The chance he missed on Sat he'd have buried earlier in the season.

          Ade is the only one I would consider. I may just go Bale, VdV and Kaboul.

      RVP, Rooney and Ade (same I have currently). If Torres or Suarez do amazingly well before 36, I may switch Rooney. Both have lovely fixtures in 37 so not keen on it.

      A, might be risky but I dont think Rooney will perform away at City , at least not massively , whilst RVP at Stoke I believe has more potential. Then for GW37 Rooney has Swansea at home which is points opportuntiy but then Sunderland away where they will struggle. RVP has Norwich at home # points and I believe WBA away

        Same, although tempted by getting in 12 and leaving Taiwo on the bench or removing altogether. GW37 fixtures are tough for the decent teams playing twice in GW36 so not bothered too much about this.
