Two finishes of the highest quality finally rolled over the Rovers resistance at Ewood and saw United defy Roberto Mancini’s prediction to open up a five point gap at the top. Here’s the key stats from United’s 2-0 win, along with our prediction of where the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) bonus points could be heading…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

De Gea today: a hint at why SAF was so dedicated. He's improving each week and might be a keeper for the long term.

    Top notch stopping today.

Sure, it came from another fluff of DG's on a high ball into the box/corner kick, that's an area in need of improvement. I'm thinking as he gets experience, confidence, and bulks up that 98 pound frame of his ... he'll get a bit better at those.

Vidic being back wouldn't hurt him much, either.

Christ ... Vidic. Can't wait to see that scary MFer back again.

Cheers lads..I think Cisse & B.Arfa still in their form and will explode again. So, that's why im benching Caulker. Vorm & Siggy is enough for me..

Skrtel over Bae? Maybe not for nextweek. I can afford Skrtel > Baines but don;t know is it worth or not. If I get Baines, which Mid should I bench with 4-3-3 formation ?

GK for 36..maybe I will get Krul for gw33 instead of Sorensen

You gotta play siggy. Despite Liverpool's total failure, Newcastle defense is shaky, espeically on the road. He had a good chance to score well.

Dempsey just doesn't deliver on the road.

      Sorry.

The best sub 4.5 defender who plays in GW34?

He'd probably be a bench fodder the rest of the season, maybe get on once or twice

I'm looking at McAuley and Taiwo

Now that I think about it, you really should do the draw during the deadzone time. It will just get lost in the shuffle the rest of the time. We deadzoners deserve ir!

Truly. All very serious managers at this level, but pretty much as serious as the group stages. However we've got to hope we don't come up against the ones who qualified at the end of Matchday 5 itself, since they've taken a few hits this weekend to prepare for the Knock-outs 🙄

Good morning deadzoners. I have a cooing baby helping me be on here, he's nice like that...

Anyone else not feeling the GW34 love? I have 7 players and thankfully they're from the teams with the best fixtures (3 Mun, 3 Ars, 1 Swa). Used my 2 free transfers but got in 2 with GW34 blanks. That leaves me 2 frees until GW34, likely to be 2 City players as I have 0.

That'll be 9 for DGW. Can someone give me the flip side? I'm refusing to get drawn in to fielding a full team as I always end up looking at my team and hating it the following week.

Sadly, I'll have 10 max for GW 34. I'm bummed, but overly disappointed. Hopefully I don't pay the price.

I will say, if I were you, I would think 1 Swans player is NOT enough. Gotta have siggy and at least one swans defender. Fixtures are fantastic.

Dempsey is poor on the road but I was pretty disheartened that Miyaichi didnt get involved in any of the goals. The underlying stats are there, though. For now, I'd go with Dempsey. Its not really a hard fixture........its just away.

At least, that is what I will be choosing.

True, only 3 of Dempsey's goals have been away from home this season, however considering 1 was at Chelsea and another at Newcastle, you'd imagine on the back of a goal and against a shambles of Bolton, he'd have a chance.

I just don't rate Miyachi to get anything other than assists and I still think they'll be few and far between.
