Seen your side. Very good but Mane rotation risk and Vardy nailed. Think about captaincy IMO

Yeah I’m leaning that way - Burnley/Wood stats and Newcastle weakness in air tempting me tho!

Hello there, been following FFS and the messageboards for a long time but this is my first time posting as I'm genuinely stumped for my first-choice 11 for GW17. Currently set up like this:

        GK: Henderson
        DEF: TAA, Soyuncu, Kelly
        MID: Alli, Pulisic, KDB, Mane
        FWD: Tammy, Vardy, Jimenez

        BENCH: Button, Baldock, Lundstram, Cantwell

Been regretting the Sheffield Utd defensive triple up (especially as I left Baldock and his 14 points on the bench last week – doh!) but this seems like a week they might all actually return – but then again so do my starting 11. Reluctant to use Bench Boost on a non-DGW (especially with a non-playing GK there and not too keen on Cantwell's prospects away to Leicester), but could it be worth the punt?

        Thoughts?

I think you're set up well. I wouldn't bench boost on account of one goal (and Villa are scoring, even if they're losing) will ruin it, and you have a non-playing keeper. Sheff Utd haven't been keeping clean sheets, so starting Kelly is sensible. Only question would be Lundstram's attacking potential over Kelly but it's a coin toss really.

Nice one, cheers! Reckon I'll hold steady and await the inevitable Lundstram / Baldock goal...

Cannot wait for Man City vs Leicester City. This is when we'll see if Rodgers' team is the real deal.

Abraham or rashford for next 5 gw?

      • Eze Really?

I can't help but think points this week will be so much down to who you choose to bench.
        My back 7
        Pope/Guaita (Going for G)
Soy/Lund/TAA/Aurier/Tomori (Leaving Aurier and Tomori on the bench could go so wrong)
Or play 4 at the back which will put Zaha or Jimmi on the bench.

        Anyone else have similar problems?

Tell me what you think of this..0.7 ITB, 1 FT

        Schmikes
        Soy/Stevens/Lund
        Salah/Traore/Son/Pulisic
        Vardy/Kane/tammy

        Ryan/Kelly/Hayden/Ward

        Stevens for Bald, save 0.3
Ward (on bench) for Rico (save 0.1)
        Then Traore for Grealish

Trade Ryan for a sh1t keeper to save another 0.6..and upgrade Soy to another sh1t def, get maddison

Gunna take me at least 3 weeks..but Traore should be good next week..

        thoughts? Suggestions?
