Double Gameweeks can be a poisoned chalice, particularly when they involve such an uninspiring team as Bolton. Having spent most of the season battling relegation, Owen Coyle’s outfit have so often been whipping boys and rarely shown the class needed to ensure their survival.

With two double Gameweeks on the horizon, however, the risk of investing in their ranks does lesson considerably. Surely, many Fantasy managers will be asking, some of Owen Coyle’s players can muster a healthy score with (SWA, avl) and (sun, TOT) to play over Gameweeks 35 and 36 respectively?

The Prospects

Clean sheets and goals are at a premium for Bolton. The Trotters have kept just three this season and shipped 65 goals; only Wolves and Blackburn have a poorer defensive record. After scoring seven times in their first three games, Coyle’s side have since notched a further 29 in the following 29 fixtures and have failed to find the net in 14 of their 32 games to date.

Across their upcoming four matches, Bolton’s game against Aston Villa looks the best prospect for a clean sheet, given that the west Midlands club are one of only four teams to have scored fewer goals than Coyle’s side. The Tottenham game seems unlikely to prove lucrative for Bolton’s defenders or attackers, though. Harry Redknapp’s men will be fully focused on a Champions League slot now that their FA Cup run has come to an end and, with 57 goals and 12 clean sheets to their name, have plenty to play for.

Sunderland have a good home record, with eight of their 11 clean sheets achieved at the Stadium of Light. Bolton’s attackers are likely to be disappointed when they roll up to Wearside, but there is hope at least for their defenders; the Black Cats’ attacking swagger seems to have deserted them, with not a single goal in their last three. Complacency was arguably a key factor in Sunderland’s dour 0-0 draw when they hosted Wolverhampton in Gameweek 34.

Swansea are also assured of survival but are showing no let-up in terms of attack. With an on-form Gylfi Sigurdsson leading a midfield charge, Bolton’s prospects of a clean sheet look limited against the Welsh side.

The Likely Lads

It’s easy to be pessimistic here. Not one of Bolton players has mustered an average points per game score above 3.5. Their highest goal scorer remains Ivan Klasnic who, after notching three times in the first three games, has grabbed eight so far this season – the Croatian seems to have fallen out of favour, though, and is now afforded substitute appearances at best. The rest of the front line is similarly unimpressive – Kevin Davies and David N’Gog have mustered a measly five goals between them over the entire campaign.

With such an impotent front line, the midfield offers perhaps the best prospect of points. Chief among these likely lads is the 5.1m priced Martin Petrov, mainly due to his role as Bolton’s penalty taker. He has a total point score of 81 with two goals, six assists and four bonus points to his name. After being dropped from the side mid-season, the Bulgarian looks to have cemented his place in the starting line-up, having being named in the first XI in the last five matches.

Another midfield prospect assured of starts is the 4.8m priced Mark Davies. He has started every game since Gameweek 10, except for the Gameweek 26 away clash with Chelsea through injury. Davies clearly has an eye for goal, scoring three times this season to help him amass a total of 77 points.

Since joining on loan from Arsenal in January, 4.9m priced Ryo Miachi has lit up Bolton’s midfield; his accuracy with crosses and set piece duties have helped him accrue 20 points and provide two assists. Regular starts are far from guaranteed for this skilful midfielder, however, with Bolton boss Owen Coyle aware of his youth and limiting his game time in recent weeks. Miyaichi has managed just 68 minutes of game time over Bolton’s last two games.

Fantasy managers looking at the porous Bolton defence for investment may be forced to rely on attacking points. David Wheater, who is priced at 4.4m, looks the best bet after scoring two goals and accruing two assists since cementing a regular first-team role in light of Gary Cahill’s January departure to Chelsea.

Save points are also likely to attract interest in Bolton’s flame haired goalkeeper Adam Bogdan. With a 4.0m price tag he has started every match and made 50 saves since Gameweek 20.

Cheeky Punts

The selection of Chris Eagles could prove fruitful for risk-taking Fantasy managers. With 90 points to date, he is Bolton’s top Fantasy Premier League (FPL) points scorer after some dazzling displays in the first half of the season. The former Burnley man has notched two double-figure hauls, three goals and seven assists – this 5.1m priced midfielder really ought to be a shoo-in for double Gameweek selection. His game time has been limited in recent weeks, though, meaning starts are far from assured. With a run of four games in the next 15 days, the chance of at least two first-team appearances for Eagles becomes a real possibility. If selected, he has the potential to reward those willing to take a punt.

Kevin Davies is a legend at Bolton since joining in 2003 and scoring 76 goals in his 361 appearances. As he enters his 35th year, however, game time and goal scoring opportunities have become limited. There is every chance, though, that Coyle will be in need of his skipper’s experience as Bolton look to beat the drop in the final few games of the season. At least one start looks assured across the two double gameweeks and, as was shown with his assist during his 21 minutes against Wolves in Gameweek 31, this 5.6m priced forward can damage opposition defences coming on from the bench. It’s also possible Davies may well still be number one for spot-kick duties when on the pitch, furthering his appeal.

Is duff nailed on now for fulham considering he is in form etc?
I am thinking about getting him in for the double game week. It might be a patriotic induced transfer on my part because the Euros are on the way.
Is it a risky decision to get him in? Will Pogrebnyak affect his starting chances?

Well yeah dempsey is the obvious one. But I am trying to look around to see if there are any in form players that are worth a punt (no pun intended) instead of the obvious ones.
You see last game of the season last year, I captained hunt in the Blackburn 3-2 game.
I got a kick out of that when it worked.
Trying to think outside the box a bit.

28/44 league games played for Harte this season... is that because he had an injury or because he's kind of old?

Form says yes and he's good for an assist/goal or two. Fitness (general age related, not injury) casts a doubt over whether he'll play in all of the next three.

Get the accounting fundamentals down. Once you have those, the accounting part is handy and you can concentrate on the Taxation\Law\Management\Management Accounting\etc parts.

And always study the subjects you don't like. The ones you do will look after themselves. 🙂

Pick easy modules, the namby pamby one's are usually overlooked, but at the end of the day if you get a 2.1 or a 1st they don't give a **** about how hard or easy the modules are. I picked a few hard ones over mickey mouse one's like HRM etc, and regretted it when I was scraping 55's whilst my mates on the marketing module were on 70's lol. I pulled it around though, because I smashed the accounting modules which were worth 40 credits.

haven't seen sunderland play recently but apparently they haven't been playing too well....

      thoughts to consider:

-sunderland play bolton who have 4 games in the next two weeks so there could be rotation and fatigue
-bolton will also be fighting for their lives
-sunderland don't really have anything to play for

-newcastle have two tough games in wigan who have been pulling upsets recently and are also fighting for their lives and chelsea which is a big game
-however this is hba we are talking about who along with cisse has been tearing everyone apart
-newcastle have 4 or 5th place to play for still and with a big game against chelsea should be giving it their all

Guys, look at this! I'm well aware it's " TL;DR"....it is from the This is Anfield forum

But as a Liverpool fan, even I know this guy is pure crazy to go to the bother of collating all this anti- Man United stuff (ref decisions etc.)...however he makes many, many points that all non-MU fans could find interesting

Scouts, please feel free to delete this post if you see fit.

Dear/ For attention of Sir Alex Ferguson, all football, sports fans, supporters, players, referees, officials, directors, owners, sports editors, sports journalists & anyone with in interest in the hypocrisy of Alex Ferguson.
    1. CANTONA - who kung fu kicks a fan

    2. ROY KEANE - refused handshake numerous times with Patrcick Viera & intentionallly ending the career of Alfe Inge Haaland

    3. GIGGS - who sleeps with his sister in law

    4. RIO - who skipped a drug test

    5. ROONEY - who went with prostitutes while his wife was pregnant

    6. GARY NEVILLE - DID CAUSE A RIOT BY WIDILY CELEBRATING IN FRONT OF LIVERPOOL FAN AT OLD TRAFFORD A FEW YEARS BACK & DID THE LIVERPOOL MANAGER SAY GARY NEVILLE SHOULD NEVER PLAY FOR MUFC AGAIN? & who refused to handshake Peter Schmeichel's, after he plays for a rival

    7. PETER SCMEICHEL'S - ALLEGED RACIST ABUSE OF IAN WRIGHT

    8. ASHLEY YOUNGS DISGRACEFUL CHEATING, DIVING GETTING FELLOW PROFESSIONALS SENT OFF

But according to Fergie these incidents aren't a disgrace to MUFC, but when Suarez refused to shake hands with Evra (which footage research now showing seemed otherwise) then he is a disgrace & should never be allowed to play for LFC again. (the above was off facebook)

(the following are my own observations, with quotes thrown in from players, managers & journalists)

On a broader point with regard to Sir Alex Ferguson's constant, consistent, bullying, pressurising, abusive, threatening, one sided, one eyed, thugish, ranting, petulant attitude/ behaviour towards foorball referees & officials. Which over the last 20 odd years has undoubtedly influenced many referees, leading to critical, match, title, trophy deciding decisions.

Quite frankly I have found this extremely annoying over many years. This is because in virtually all of Man United's, Barclays premier league title winning seasons they always get absolutely critical incorrect referring decisions every season to gift them the trophy. The team(s) that are challenging them for the title get a raft of critical incorrect decisions against them. Over the following pages I will highlight the examples just in the last few years.

Firstly I want to refer to 2009/10 Barclays PL season:

    MAN U 1 - CHELSEA 2 - 2009/10

Man U fans & Fergie etc, constantly whinge about Drogba's offside goal. Chelsea were 0-1 up at the time through a perfectly good Joe Cole goal, GARY NEVILLE went straight through ANELKA in the box, nowhere near ball upending Anelka, the clearest penalty you are ever likely to see, not given at Old Trafford. Macheda's goal for Man U was handballed into net. Therefore 0-1 to Chelsea & a stonewall peanlty to Chelsea as well, Chelsea fully deserved to win that game & title in 2009/10.

    Also in 2009/10 season

MAN U 4 - MAN CITY 3 - Owen goal in 8th minute of Fergie time, Fergie laughing with 4th official, who had indicated 4 mins of extra/injury time.

MAN U 2 - BLACKBURN 0 - Blackburn scored perfectly good goal in 2nd half, wrongly ruled out for offside.

MAN U 2 - LIVERPOOL 1 - 21/3/2010 - HOWARD WEBB awards Man U a controversial 19th minute penalty that enabled them to draw level after Torres opener. The initial contact between Mascherano & Valencia occured well outside box, clear dive in box to win penalty. Benitez -'Refs are professional but we know about the influence of Sir Alex in everything'

    2009/10 CARLING CUP SEMI FINAL 2nd Leg - 27/1/2010
MAN U 3 - MAN CITY 1 - HOWARD WEBB makes first return since Gomez/ Spurs controversy. United progress courtesy of injury time aggregate winner from Rooney, BUT the OUTCOME could have been very different had RIO FERDINAND JUSTIFIABLY received his marching orders after 24mins of play after a clash with Carlos Tevez. In words of the BBC match report 'ferdinand was unfortunate to escape punishment from HOWARD WEBB, when he caught the Argentine in the face with a swinging arm as they tussled for possession.

    2009/10 CARLING CUP FINAL
MAN U 2 ASTON VILLA 1 - Vidic clear foul on Agbonlahor in box, last man, clear goal scoring opportunity, penalty awarded, clear red card, not even given a yellow, in first few minutes of game. Vidic was yellow carded later in game as well! Fergie wasn't whinging about referee after this game. (Vincent Kompany was sent off after 12mins in FA CUP 3rd Round against MAN U, 8/1/2012.

2008/2009 BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE SEASON - LIVERPOOL WERE CLEARLY CHAMPIONS, BUT THE TABLE LIES, AS EXPLAINED BELOW:

MAN U 1 BOLTON 0 AUTUMN 2008 - 0-0 WELL INTO SECOND HALF, BOLTON PLAYER GOT BALL, NEVER A PENALTY, NO ONE APPEALED, ANOTHER CRITICAL INCORRECT DECISION AT OLD TRAFFORD TO GIFT MAN U 3 POINTS. THEY SAY REFEREE'S DON'T INFLUENCE THE RESULT OF GAMES OR TITLES? FERGIE ADMITTED AFTER GAME, NEVER A PENALTY.

MAN U 2 - BLACKBURN 1, FEB 2009 - HOWARD WEBB REF - LATE ON IN GAME, RAFAEL CLEAR FOUL ON PEDERSON IN PENALTY BOX, STONEWALL PENALTY NOT AWARDED TO BLACKBURN AT OLD TRAFFORD, GIFTING THEM 3 POINTS. RONALDO SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT OFF, EARLIER IN GAME, ALREADY ON A YELLOW CARD, KICKING OUT AT DAVID DUNN. SAM ALLARDYCE 'HAVE TO BE PRETTY BLATANT TO GET PENALTY AT OLD TRAFFORD, WE ALL KNOW THAT, YOU HAVE TO ASK HOWARD WEBB IF RONALDO SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE PITCH'

MAN U 5 - SPURS 2, APRIL 2009 - HOWARD WEBB REF - 0-2 TO SPURS & CRUISING, LOOKING LIKE 0-3 TO SPURS THAN ANYTHING ELSE, UNTIL HOWARD WEBB AWARDS A CRITICAL INCORRECT PENALTY (NON PENALTY ADMITTED BY WEBB), GOMEZ CLEARLY GETS BALL IT TOTALLY CHANGES DIRECTION, WHEN GOMEZ TOUCHES IT, CARRICK DIVES, WEBB COULDN'T WAIT TO AWARD PENALTY. ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL GAME/ SEASON CHANGING MATCH/ TITLE DECIDING DECISION THAT TOTALLY CHANGED THE GAME. AGAIN MAN U LOOKING LIKE 0 POINTS, WELL INTO SECOND HALF UNTIL HOWARD WEBB INCORRECTLY AWARDS A PENALTY, AGAIN GIFTED 3 POINTS. IN THE WORDS OF DAILY TELEGRAPH 'IT COULD HAVE BEEN THE DECISION THAT SECURED UNITED THE CHAMPIONSHIP' - UNITED TRAILING 0-2 WITH BARELY HALF AN HOUR LEFT TO PLAY WHEN WEBB - 'WHO WAS ALMOST 35 YARDS AWAY & BEHIND PLAY' - AWARDS A PENALTY WHEN GOMEZ TANGLES WITH CARRICK. REAL TIME & REPLAYS SHOW THE GOALKEEPER TOOK THE BALL BEFORE MAN.
'THE PLAYERS CAN'T BELIEVE IT, IT CHANGED THE GAME' SAYS HARRY REDKNAPP
JERMAINE JENAS ' I THINK IT WAS A CASE OF A REFEREE CRUMBLING UNDER THE PRESSURE AT OLD TRAFFORD REALLY, THE ATMOSPHERE, THE OCCASION, THE IMPORTANCE OF THE MATCH, A LOT OF FACTORS TAKE THEIR TOLL WHEN MAKING DECISIONS. ONE THING WHICH STRUCK ME ABOUT IT WAS THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN THINK. IT WAS LIKE HE'D ALREADY MADE HIS MIND UP WHEN HE CAME OUT FOR THE SECOND HALF THAT HE WAS GOING TO GIVE SOMETHING. IT WAS A VERY IMPORTANT MOMENT IN THE SEASON'

LIVERPOOL 0 - STOKE CITY 0 - 2008/09 SEASON - LIVERPOOL HAD PERFECTLY GOOD GOAL REFUSED AGAINST STOKE AT ANFIELD. WHEN THEY WERE SERIOUSLY CHALLENGING FOR TITLE. LIVERPOOL WERE CRUELLY DENIED 2 POINTS. MANCHESTER UNITED WERE GIFTED AT LEAST 8 UNDERSERVED PREMIER LEAGUE POINTS IN 2008/09. 4 POINTS BEHIND AT END, BUT IN REALITY LIVERPOOL WON TITLE BY 6 POINTS.

LIVERPOOL WERE ROBBED OF TILE IN 2008/09 SEASON, BEST GOAL DIFFERENCE, BEAT MAN U HOME & AWAY, CHELSEA HOME & AWAY, LOST 2 GAMES ONLY. LIVERPOOL WOULD HAVE WON TITLE WITH EASE IF MAN U HADN'Y HAD ALL THOSE CRITICAL DECISIONS FOR THEM. CAN U IMAGINE IF FERGIE HAD BEEN IN LIVERPOOL'S SHOES IN 2008/09, WHAT HE WOULD HAVE SAID ABOUT BIASED, CORRUPT REFEREES. IT IS COMPLETE RUBBISH WHEN PEOPLE SAY THE:

    'THE LEAGUE TABLE DOESN'T LIE'
'THE BEST TEAM ALWAYS WINS THE LEAGUE'
DECISIONS EVEN THEMSELVES OUT OVER A SEASON' THESE WELL USED QUOTES ARE TOTALLY WRONG OTHERWISE LIVERPOOL WOULD HAVE 19 TITLES.

STEVEN GERRARD, CARRAGHER, ALONSO, TORRES, MASCHERANO, SAMII HYPIA, KUYT, BENETIZ ETC, WERE TOTALLY ROBBED OF PREMIER LEAGUE WINNERS MEDAL'S. THEY HAVE ALL WON THE TITLE, I DONT KNOW HOW MAN U PLAYERS, MANAGER ETC SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THAT THESE GREAT LIVERPOOL PLAYER'S WERE TOTALLY ROBBED OF THERE DESERVED MEDALS & TROPHY.

    2010/2011 SEASON
MAN U 2 - SPURS 0 - NANI CLEAR HANDBALL AGAINST SPURS AT OLD TRAFFORD ALLOWED, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, EVERYBODY IN STADIUM & WATCHING SAW HANDBALL, BAR REFEREE & 2 LINESMAN.

GARY NEVILLE 2 CLEAR RED CARDS WITHIN A FEW WEEKS.

STOKE 1 - MAN U 2 (2010/11)- GARY NEVILLE ON YELLOW CARD, BAD FOUL AFTER YELLOW CARD, NOT GIVEN A SECOND YELLOW CARD, COULD HAVE BEEN A STRAIGHT RED CRITICAL INCORRECT DECISION IN FIRST HALF.

WEST BROM 1 MAN U 2 (2010/11)- 0-0 WHEN WEST BROM PLAYER CLEAR IN ON GOAL, NEVILLE HACKS PLAYER DOWN IN BOX, NOWHERE NEAR BALL, STONEWALL PENALTY, LAST MAN & CLEAR GOAL SCORING OPPORTUNITY - GUESS WHAT - NO PENALTY AWARDED & NO CARD SHOWN. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PENALTY & STRAIGHT RED, 2 CRITICAL DECISIONS NOT GIVEN EARLY IN GAME. THIS WAS GARY NEVILLE'S LAST GAME & RETIRED SHOULD HAVE HAD 2 RED CARDS IN HIS LAST TWO GAMES.

BLACKPOOL 2 - MAN U 3 (2010/11) - BLACKPOOL 2-0 UP, STONEWALL PENALTY TURNED DOWN FOR BLACKPOOL WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE IT 3-0 TO BLACKPOOL - NOT GIVEN, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE. MAN U COMEBACK & TAKE 3 POINTS, BUT BLACKPOOL WERE ROBBED OF A STONEWALL PENALTY.

    MAN U - FULHAM (2010/11) - BERBATOFF 1ST GOAL OFFSIDE

ASTON VILLA 2 - MAN U 2 (2010/11) - VIDIC JUMPED INTO CROWD AFTER SCORING, ALREADY ON A YELLOW, CLEAR 2ND YELLOW CARD. VILLA PLAYER (ASHLEY YOUNG) IN SAME GAME GOT A YELLOW CARD FOR CELEBRATING WITH CROWD.

MAN U - NEWCASTLE (19/4/11) - CLEAR FOUL ON LOVENKRANDS, STONEWALL PENALTY NOT GIVEN.

MAN U 1 - EVERTON 0 (2010/11) - ANNICHEBE SHOVED DOWN BY FERDINAND IN BOX, CLEAR PENALTY NOT GIVEN.

EVERTON 3 - MAN U 3 (2010/11) - EVERTON SCORED 2 GOALS IN LAST FEW MINUTES OF GAME, REFEREE BLEW FULL TIME BEFORE ALLOCATED INJURY TIME WAS PLAYED, THIS WAS BECAUSE EVERTON WERE ON TOP,& IT WAS STOP MAN U LOSING GAME.

ARSENAL 1 - MAN U 0 (2010/11) - VIDIC CLEAR HANDBALL IN 6 YARD BOX, DENYING VAN PERSIE CLEAR GOAL SCORING OPPORTUINTY. CLEAR RED CARD & PENALTY, VIDIC SHOULD HAVE HAD 3 MATCH BAN LIKE VINCENT KOMPANY HAD IN 2011/12 SEASON AGAINST WOLVES AT ETHIAD STADIUM.

FA CUP 3RD ROUND, JANUARY 2011
MAN U 1 - LIVERPOOL 0 - HOWARD WEBB AWARDED MAN U A PENALTY INSIDE 1ST MINUTE, BERBATOF DIVE, NEVER A PENALTY, LINESMAN NEARBY DIDN'T FLAG, HOWARD WEBB 40 YARDS AWAY COULDN'T WAIT TO AWARD PENALTY. ALL ITV PANEL WATCHING INCLUDING SAM ALLARDYCE SAID IT WAS A DIVE.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE QUARTER FINAL 1ST LEG STAMFORD BRIDGE - 2010/11
CHELSEA 0 MAN U 1 - EVRA CLEARLY TAKING OUT RAMIRES IN PENALTY BOX, NOWHERE NEAR BALL, LAST MAN, CLEAR GOAL SCORING OPPORTUNITY, NO PENALTY AWARDED TO CHELSEA & EVRA NOT GIVEN RED CARD, CLEAR RED LIKE NEVILLE'S 2 A FEW WEEKS EARLIER NOT GIVEN.

    2011/12 BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE SEASON
MAN U 3 - CHELSEA 1 (18/9/2011) - TWO OF MAN U GOALS WERE OFFSIDE, SMALLING HEADER & NANI GOAL.

LIVERPOOL 1 - MAN U 1 (15/10/11) - HERNANDEZ GOAL CAME OFF CORNER THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GOAL KICK. FERDINAND SHOULD HAVE HAD 2ND YELLOW CARD, WHEN HE FOULED CHARLIE ADAM CLEAN THROUGH, NOT GIVEN. LIVERPOOL SHOULD HAVE HAD A PENALTY - HANDBALL OFF A KUYT HEADER IN BOX.

    EVERTON 0 - MAN U 1 (2011/12) - EVERTON HAD CLEAR PENALTY TURNED DOWN

MAN U 1 - SUNDERLAND 0 (2011/12) - FERGIE'S 25TH ANNIVERSARY REFEREE IN GUARD OFF HONOUR, REFS JOB TO BE NEUTRAL & REF GAME, NOT CLAP IN GUARD OF HONOUR TO A HOME MANAGER. LINESMAN AWARDED SUNDERLAND A PENALTY, REFEREE OVERRULED IT.

MAN U 1 - NEWCASTLE 1 (2011/12) - THERE WAS CONTROVERSY WITH NEWCASTLE PENALTY IN 2ND HALF, WHICH WASN'T A PENALTY, BUT NEWCASTLE WERE REJECTED A CLEAR PENALTY IN 1ST HALF AN EVRA HANDBALL IN BOX.

MAN U 5 - WIGAN 0 (2011/12) - MAN U ONLY 1-0 WHEN CONNOR SALMON WAS RIDICULOUSLY SENT OFF, WHICH GAVE WIGAN NO CHANCE WITH 10 MEN AT OLD TRAFFORD, EVERYONE ADMITTED IT WASN'T A SENDING OFF, REF GIFTED MAN U 3 POINTS.

NEWCASTLE 3 - MAN U 0 (2011/12) - FERDINAND CLEARLY SAYS TO HOWARD WEBB AFTER HALF TIME 'COME ON HOWARD', FERDINAND CLEAR FOUL ON BA, CLEAR PENALTY NOT GIVEN (GOAL DIFFERENCE COULD BE CRUCIAL)

CHELSEA 3 - MAN U 3 (FEB 2012) - HOWARD WEBB AWARDS 2 PENALTIES IN 2ND HALF TO GET MAN U BACK IN GAME. 2ND PENALTY WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS DECISION. (4 PENALTIES FOR MAN U IN THERE LAST 2 PL GAMES, STOKE & CHELSEA)
EVERTON 1 - MAN CITY 0 (FEB 2012) - SAME NIGHT AS MAN U - STOKE, PHIL NEVILLE CLEAR ARM OUT IN BOX, STONEWALL PENALTY NOT AWARDED, LESCOTT PUSHED/ BULLDOZED TO FLOOR BY TIM HOWARD, 2 CLEAR PENALTIES NOT GIVEN ON SAME NIGHT MAN U AWARDED 2 PENALTIES AGAINST STOKE?

CHELSEA 2 - MAN CITY 1 (DECEMBER 2011) - CITY 0-1 UP SILVA WAS CLEARLY TAKEN OUT IN BOX, STONEWALL PENALTY NOT GIVEN TO MAKE IT 0-2 TO CITY?

    FA CUP 3RD ROUND - 8TH JAN 2012 -
MAN CITY 2 - MAN U 3- CHRIS FOY SENT KOMPANY OFF AFTER 12MINS (TECHNICALLY CORRECT), ROONEY SHOULD HAVE HAD YELLOW FOR INFLUENCING REF. IN SECOND HALF PHIL JONES CLEARLY HANDBALLED A CROSS IN BOX, PREVENTING CLEAR GOAL SCORING OPPORTUNITY, A CLEAR PENALTY NOT AWARDED.

CHRIS FOY SENT OFF 2 CHELSEA PLAYERS AGAINST QPR IN EARLY 2011/12 SEASON. CHRIS FOY ROBBED SPURS AGAINST STOKE AT BRITANNIA. ADEBAYOR GOOD GOAL - WRONGLY DISALLOWED FOR OFFSIDE, 5 YARDS ONSIDE. STOKE GOAL CROUCH HANDBALLED IN BUILD UP. YOUNIS KABOUL CLEARLY PULLED DOWN IN BOX ON A CORNER, CLEAR PENALTY NOT GIVEN.

LIVERPOOL 0 - STOKE 0 (2011/12) - HOWARD WEBB REFERRED GAME, ANDY CARROL MAULED TO GROUND TWICE IN BOX, CLEAR PENALTIES NOT GIVEN, WAVED AWAY BY HOWARD WEBB, BUT HE COULDN'T WAIT TO AWARD FERGIE 2 PENS AT STAMFORD BRIDGE O 6/2/12 - & HOW MANY OTHERS?

    CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GROUP - 2011/12
    MAN U 2 - BENFICA 2 - BERBATOFF 2ND GOAL OFFSIDE AGAINST BENFICA

ARSENAL WERE GOING FOR TITLE IN 2010/11

NEWCASTLE 4 - ARSENAL 4 - ARSENAL WERE 0-4 UP AT HALF TIME, THE REFEREE AWARDED 2 RIDICULOUS PENALTIES TO NEWCASTLE IN SECOND HALF, TO GET THEM BACK IN GAME. THEY WERE ROBBED OF 2 POINTS, WHEN CHASING MAN U FOR TITLE. THIS HAS HAPPEND MANY TIMES FOR ARSENAL & ANY OTHER TEAM CHASING MAN U FOR TITLE.

    2007/08
BIRMINGHAM 2 - ARSENAL 2 - ARSENAL 0-2 UP EDUARDO CRUELLY PUT OUT OFF GAME FOR OVER A YEAR, ARSENAL ROBBED OF 2 POINTS WHEN PUSHING MAN U FOR TITLE.

WHOEVER IS PUSHING MAN U FOR PL TITLE, WHETHER IT BE MAN CITY/SPURS THIS SEASON, ARSENAL & CHELSEA LAST SEASON 2010/11, LIVERPOOL IN 2008/09, CHELSEA & ARSENAL IN 2006/07, 2007/08. ARSENAL IN 1998/99, 2000/01, 2002/03, 2006/07, 2007/08, 2010/11, NEWCASTLE IN 1995/96, 1996/97, ASTON VILLA 1992/93. THE TEAM(S) CHASING MAN U GET CRITICAL INCORRECT DECISIONS AGAINST THEM & MAN U ALWAYS GET CRITICAL INCORRECT DECISIONS, GAME CHANGING, WINNING DECISIONS UNJUTLY FOR THEM. I HAVE HIGHLIGHTED THE CRITICAL DECISIONS THAT FERGIE & MAN U HAVE HAD IN LAST 3 YEARS. THERE ARE MANY MORE THAT HAVE GONE FOR FERGIE OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE RANTING, PETULANT, BULLYING, ABUSIVE, BEHAVIOUR OF FERGIE, THAT OVER THE YEARS HAS INFLUENCED MANY REFEREES DECISIONS.

IT MAKES ME SICK WHEN 1 DECISION GOES AGAINST MAN U, FERGIE MAKES OUT THE WORLDS AGAINST THEM, THEY WERE ROBBED, WHINGES LIKE HELL, CRITICIZES THE REF (REMEMBER WHEN FERGIE SAID THE REF WASN'T FIT - WHEN MAN U PLAYED SUNDERLAND A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, THE REF RAN MORE THAN ANYONE BAR 3 PLAYERS I THINK, SO FITTER THAN 8 MAN U PLAYERS - FERGIE!

BUT HE IS MYSTERIOUSLY QUIET WHEN HE GETS THE THOUSANDS OF FAVOURABLE DECISIONS IN HIS FAVOUR, HE DOESN'T SAY A THING. OR WHEN ANY OTHER CHALLENGERS TO THEM LIKE ARSENAL, CHELSEA, LIVERPOOL, MAN CITY/SPURS THIS SEASON 2011/12, NEWCASTLE & ASTON VILLA ARE ROBBED OF POINTS BY RIDICULOUS DECISIONS.

IN 2008/09 FERGIE WAS HANDED THE TITLE BY CRITICAL DECISIONS GOING THERE WAY AS PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED. IT IS SICKENING THAT FERGIE WHINGES AT 1 DECISION AGAINST THEM, WHEN THOUSANDS GO FOR THEM DODGY PENALTIES, FERGIE TIME, OR LACK OF IT IF THEY ARE WINNING! & TEAMS CHASING THEM GET DECISIONS AGAINST THEM.

THIS IS WHY SO MANY MILLIONS OF PEOPLE CAN'T STAND FERGIE & MAN U, THEY THINK THE REFEREE'S / WORLD'S AGAINST THEM BUT IT'S THE POLAR OPPOSITE. THATS WHY MILLIONS OF BRITISH/ENGLISH FANS CELEBRATE WIDELY WHEN BARCELONA DECIMATE A FERGIE TEAM, OR BASLE KNOCK THEM OUT OF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GROUP. ONLY TONIGHT AFTER CHELSEA 3 - MAN 3 - WHEN I'M WRTING THIS, I HEAR FERGIE ON RADIO WHINGING ABOUT THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD 4 PENALTIES. THEY HAVE HAD 4 IN THERE LAST 2 PL GAMES, CHELSEA & STOKE. MAN CITY THERE BIGGEST THREAT FOR PL TITLE IN 2011/12 SEASON HAD 2 STONEWALL PENALTIES TURNED DOWN AT EVERTON, ON THE SAME NIGHT AS MAN U GET 2 PENALTIES AGAINST STOKE. ALSO CITY AGAINST CHELSEA STONEWALL CITY PENALTY TURNED DOWN.

I HAVE THIS SICKENING FEELING THAT THE 2011/12 SEASON WILL BE THE SAME AS MANY SEASON'S PAST, MAN U & FERGIE WILL CONTINUE TO GET THERE SELECTION OF CRITICAL DECISIONS THAT ARE NOT DESERVED, TO GET THEM POINTS WHEN THEY NEED THE HELP OF THE REF I.E. DODGY PENALTY OR DISALLOWED GOAL FOR OPPOSING TEAM. WHILE MAN CITY WILL CONTINUE TO BE DENIED STONEWALL PENALTIES TO ENABLE MAN U TO WIN LEAGUE AS PER USUAL.

BOB PAISLEY - 3 EUROPEAN CUPS, THE ONLY MANAGER AS OF FEB 2012, WHO HAS WON 3. WHY IS BOB PAISLEY NOT 'SIR'
SIR ALEX FERGUSON - 2 EUROPEAN CUPS (CHAMPIONS LEAGUE) IN 39 YEARS OF FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT.

1999 PL LAST GAME OF SEASON
MAN U 2 - SPURS 1 - SPURS HAD STONEWALL PENALTY DENIED LATE IN GAME, ARSENAL WOULD HAVE WON LEAGUE AS ONLY 1 POINT BEHIND, ARSENAL WERE ROBBED OF TITLE.
1999 CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL - BAYERN MUNICH 1-0 UP HIT POST INTO INJURY TIME, LUCKY WIN, READ ROY KEANE'S AUTOBIGRAPHY,
    9 YEARS AFTER 1999 - 2008
MAN U 1 CHELSEA 1 - LAMPARD SHOT OFF INSIDE OF BAR, TERRY SLIPPED FOR WINNING PENALTY, DROGBA CRUELLY SENT OFF. CHELSEA WERE THE BETTER TEAM AS WERE BAYERN MUNICH IN 1999. IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE WHERE THE REFEREES AREN'T CORRUPTED BY FERGIES CORROSIVE, YOBISH, BULLYING BEHAVIOUR, HIS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE RECORD MORE ACCURATELY REFLECTS HIS TEAMS & HIS ABILITY. 2 CHAMPIONS LEAGUE IN 26 YEARS AT OLD TRAFFORD (CANT WIN IT IN 2012) 1986-2012, LOSING TO MONACO, BORUSSIA DORTMUND, BAYER LEVERKUSEN, BAYERN MUNICH (TWICE), PORTO, ETC, ETC, COMING BEHIND BASLE & BENFICA IN GROUP 2011/12. TWO COMPREHENSIVE HUMILIATION'S AGAINST BARCELONA IN 2009/2011. THE 3-1 SCORELINE AT WEMLEY WAS A FAKE SCORELINE, AS ROONEY'S GOAL WAS OFFSIDE. 3-0 WAS AN ACCURATE REFLECTION.

MANY MILLIONS WERE JUBILANTLY CELEBRATING WHEN BARCELONA DESTROYED YOUR TEAM. WHEN ROBBEN SCORED FOR MUNICH, MOURINHO RUNNING UP LINE ETC, ETC, IT IS BECAUSE OF THE BEHAVIOUR & ATTITUDE OF SIR ALEX FERGUSON, & THE LUCK HE RECEIVE'S FROM REFS THAT MANCHESTER UNITED ARE THE MOST HATED SPORTING CLUB IN THE HISTORY OF PLANET EARTH.
1989 MAN U 5 POINTS OFF RELEGATION AT END OF SEASON. WHEN FERGIE TOOK CHARGE IN NOVEMBER 1986, THE TEAM HAD FINISHED 2ND IN 1985/86 UNDER RON ATKINSON, NEARLY 3 YEARS INTO JOB, FERGIE WAS 5 POINTS OFF RELEGATING MAN U! CAN U IMAGINE THE RADIO CALL IN'S!, WEBSITES, FAN PROTESTS, FORUMS, SUPPORTERS IN STADIUM, CHATROOMS, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, MODERN MEDIA, NO INTERNET BACK THEN FERGIE - VERY LUCKY FOR HIM. FERGIE WAS EXTREMELY LUCKY TO KEEP HIS JOB. MANY THOUSANDS OF MANAGERS ARE SACKED WITHIN A FEW MONTHS OR YEARS FOR DOING BETTER THAN FERGIE DID IN THE FIRST 3.5 YEARS.

THE VAST MAJORITY OF FERGIES PL TITLE WINS ARE EXTREMELY CONTROVERSIAL, BAR MAYBE 1999/2000 WHEN THEY WON BY 18 POINTS.

I NEARLY WROTE THIS LETTER 3 MONTHS AGO, I COULD GUARANTEE IF MAN CITY/ SPURS WERE RUNNING MAN U CLOSE IN PL TITLE RACE, MAN U WOULD GET LOTS OF CRITICAL DECISIONS FOR THEM & CITY/SPURS WOULD GET CRITICAL DECISIONS AGAINST THEM. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT HAS HAPPEND THE LAST 3 MONTHS & I FEAR WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN UNTIL THE END OF SEASON.

MAN U AWARDED 4 PENALTIES IN LAST 2 PREM GAMES, CHELSEA, STOKE. MAN CITY ON SAME NIGHT AS STOKE HAD 2 STONEWALL PENALTIES TURNED DOWN AT EVERTON. CHELSEA - MAN CITY THE SAME THERE. BOTH LIVERPOOL & SPURS HAVE HAD CLEAR PENALTIES NOT AWARDED AGAINST STOKE THIS YEAR, BOTH CITY & SPURS CHASING TITLE. ONLY FERGIE & MAN U GET 2 PENALTIES AGAINST STOKE AT OLD TRAFFORD.

THIS DOSSIER HAS JUST HIGHLIGHTED THE LAST 3 SEASONS OF CRITICAL DECISIONS THAT HAVE UNJUSTLY GONE IN FERGIES FAVOUR, THERE ARE MANY MORE OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS OF THE BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE. THESE ARE ONLY THE ONES WHAT I HAVE REMEMBERED OR WRITTEN DOWN IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.

HOWARD WEBBS RECENT FERGIE/ MAN U RECORD AS FOLLOWS:

    2007/08 PL SEASON
MAN U 1 - MAN CITY 2 (10/2/2008) - THE LAST TIME MAN U LOST AT OLD TRAFFORD WITH HOWARD WEBB IN CHARGE
MAN U 2 - ARSENAL 1 (19/4/2008) - HOWARD WEBB AWARDS A FREE KICK NEAR BOX, GILBERTO DIDN'T TOUCH THE PLAYER NOT A FREE KICK, OWEN HARGREAVES SCORES THE WINNER OFF THE FREE KICK.

    2008/09 SEASON
MAN U 2 - BLACKBURN 1 (21/2/2009) HOWARD WEBB AS PREVIOUSLY EXPLAINED DOUBLE CONTROVERSY IN THIS GAME BEFORE
MAN U 5 - SPURS 2 (24/4/2009) HOWARD WEBB MASSIVE CONTROVERSY AS PREVIOUSLY EXPLAINED

27/1/2010 CARLING CUP SEMI FINAL 2ND LEG
MAN U 3(4) - MAN CITY 1(3) - HOWARD WEBB CONTROVERSY AGAIN AS PREVIOUSLY EXPLAINED - FERDINAND SHOULD HAVE BEEN RED CARDED ON 24MINS.
MAN U 2 - LIVERPOOL 1 (21/3/2010) - HOWARD WEBB CONTROVERSY AGAIN AS PREVIOUSLY EXPLAINED, BENITEZ 'REFS ARE PROFESIONAL BUT WE KNOW ABOUT THE INFLUENCE OF SIR ALEX IN EVERYTHING'

MAN U 3 - LIVERPOOL 2 (19/9/2010) - HOWARD WEBB - JOHN OSHEA SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISMISSED, PULLED DOWN TORRES, LAST MAN. REF 365 'ITS CERTAINLY DEBATABLE WHETHER A DEFENDER MAKING SUCH A CYNICAL FOUL IN THE FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT HE WAS THE LAST MAN DESERVED THE BENEFIT OF ANY DOUBT.

MAN U 1 - ARSENAL 0 (13/12/2010) - HOWARD WEBB'S NEW ASSISTANT DAVE BYRON AWARDS A 2ND HALF PENALTY FOR A NON EXISTENT HANDBALL BY GAEL CLICHY. HOWARD WEBB RUBBER STAMPS THE AWARD & ROONEY BLAZES PENALTY OVER BAR. 4 ARSENAL PLAYERS ARE CAUTIONED OVER GAME, WHILE RIO FERDINAND ESCAPES PUNISHMENT FOR A HIP-HIGH, STUDS UP CHALLENGE ON BACARY SAGNA & DARREN FLETCHER ISN'T EVEN CAUTIONED FOR CHASING AFTER HOWARD WEBB BEFORE PUSHING THE OFFICIAL.

MAN U 1 - LIVERPOOL 0 (9/1/2011) FA CUP 3RD ROUND - HOWARD WEBB AWARDS A PENALTY FROM A DISTANCE OF 25 YARDS IN 1ST MINUTE OF GAME, AFTER BERBATOF DIVE, THE LINEMAN HASN'T FLAGGED. AS I HAVE PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED.

CHELSEA 3 - MAN U 3 (5/2/2012) HOWARD WEBB - THIS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY FERGIE WANTS & GETS HIS FAVOURITE REF IN SO MANY CRITICAL GAMES, IT'S NOW GETTING BEYOND A JOKE. THE 1ST PENALTY WAS SOFT, THE 2ND PENALTY WOULD HAVE US ALL CASTING SERIOUS SUSPICIONS IF WE HAD SEEN IT IN SOUTH AMERICAN OR ITALIAN GAME.

    HOWARD WEBB
    54 PENALTIES AWARDED - 9 ARE TO MAN U - 12 PER CENT
NOW IT'S 8 PENALTIES TO MAN U IN 26 GAMES & 24 BY OTHER REFS IN 197 GAMES
1 IN 3 FOR HOWARD WEBB & 1 IN 8 BY OTHER REFS.
THATS GETTING ON FOR 3 TIMES AS MANY PENS AWARDED TO FERGIE BY HOWARD WEBB THAN OTHER REFS IN RELATION TO GAMES OFFICIATED.
HOWARD WEBB HAS AWARDED 8 PENALTIES IN THE LAST 9 MAN U GAMES REFEREED.

    REMEMBER 1992/93
MAN U 2 - SHEFF WEDNESDAY 1 - 0-1 TO SHEFF WED'S GOING INTO 90TH MINUTE, STEVE BRUCE SCORES 2 HEADERS DEEP INTO FERGIE TIME ABOUT 8MINS PLAYED AT OLD TRAFFORD, SUSPOSE TO BE 3-4MINS. READ PAUL MCGRATH'S AUTOBIOGRAPHY, VILLA FANS & PLAYERS WILL NEVER FORGET THAT GAME, IT PROVIDED MAN U WITH THE MOMENTUM FOR THE TITLE IN 93. THERE WAS NEVER 8/9 MINUTES OF INJURY TIME, THIS CRITICAL DECISION WAS DECISIVE IN THE TITLE RACE.

I CAN REMEMBER LOTS OF OTHER DECISIONS IN THE PL ERA GOING FOR FERGIE, REMEMBER 2006/07 MAN U & CHELSEA GOING FOR TITLE, MIDDLESBOROUGH HAD STONEWALL PENALTY NOT GIVEN AT OLD TRAFFORD IN A TIGHT GAME, WHAT IS THE STAT, NO TEAM SCORED A PENALTY AT OLD TRAFFORD FROM 1993 (RUEL FOX) UNTIL .......

SIR ALEX FERGUSON IS THE BIGGEST HYPOCRITE & MOST POISONOUS INDIVIDUAL IN WORLD FOOTBALL/ SPORTING HISTORY.

(just as I said Man United would get critical decisons in there favour to help them overhaul Man City in the title race 2011/12 after the Chelsea penalty debacles I have refereed to look at:
Man U 1 Fulham 0 - Danny Murphy was hacked down by Michael Carrick in the 89th minute STONEWALL PENALTY everyone admitted it was not given against FERGIE & UTD WHAT A SURPRISE - THATS 2 POINTS THE REFEREE HAS GIFTED UNITED THAT THEY DIDN'T DESERVE.

MAN U 2 QPR 0 - another ridiculous decision - Shaun Derry sent off after 14 mins & penalty awarded. When Ashley Young was clearly offside & dived, QPR ARE DOWN 1-0 & TO 10 MEN 14 MINS IN, WHEN THE CORRECT DECISION SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE KICK TO QPR & YOUNG BOOKED FOR DIVING. QPR WERE WRONGLY DOWN 1-0 & 10 MEN AFTER 14 MINS WITH 11 ON THE PITCH AT 0-0 THEY COULD HAVE EASILY GOT 1 POINT POSSIBLY 3 OUT OF GAME. THANKS INCOMPETENT LINESMAN & REFEREE

WIGAN 1 MAN U 0 - WIGAN HAD PERFECTLY GOOD GOAL DISALLOWED, JOHNNY EVANS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT OFF FOR A CLEAR SECOND YELLOW CARD (GOAL DIFFERENCE)

MAN U 4 VILLA 0 - WAS 0-0 UNTIL ASHLEY YOUNG THROWS HIS LEG INTO CLARKE & CLEARLY DIVES AFTER 7 MINS - REFEREE COULDN'T WAIT TO BLOW WHISTLE FOR A PENALTY ANOTHER ASHLEY YOUNG DISGRACE

I know, I know...the guy is obviously a crazy keyboard warrior. But when all those bad ref decisions are laid out chronologically it kinda re-enforces all the arguements that are g

Hey guys, wanted to get peoples view on Whether they think Chelsea/Liverpool are going to play both games for GW36. NOT if they are worth having just if u think they will play both games, in particular Suarez & Mata?

Also are people planning Dempsey for the DGW (not the best fixtures)?

Is Cisse a must have for the DGW?

I think Chelsea are more likely to play Mata in both games as they will still be pushing for the CL 4th spot.
I really don't think Suarez will play vs Fulham, only 3 days before cup final (I own him and will ship out for another DGW striker)

Dempsey & Cisse? I just don't like the Dempsey fixtures. If I knew Mata was guaranteed the 180mins he'd be instead of Clint.

Yep, Dempsey DGW fixtures are not great. I held onto him but if I didn't own him I wouldn't specifically get him in for the DGW...on the other hand he could/should do well in GW35.

I think Cisse is a good buy for the DGW...good luck!

Mata more likely to play both, as RSA mentioned they'll be pushing like mad and will field their best 11 at every opportunity.

I've had Dempsey, got rid of him, regretted it badly and have re-purchased Captain America. I'd say he's close to essential for the DGW, regardless of fixtures - with Pog out he's been the number 1 striker.

Cisse = essential for the DGW, he can score against anyone, anywhere, anytime and even if he notches a goal and assist across the 2 games will be great value.

So I guess the question is do you like Mata for the DGW + McClean GW 35
        or Dempsey GW35 & DGW?

Dempsey vs Wigan (although given the last few results I'm a bit nervous about teams facing Wigan) and then a DGW is my preference.

Honestly though Red, i'm going to have both!

I wanna see a poll for who to drop - RVP or Rooney. Also, I wanna see a poll about who to get in Tevez or Aguero. I'm currently thinking of getting rid of one little troll for another one. Maddness? RVP has slightly better fixtures, and I'm sure he'll spark again before the end of the season...

very simple, cole has 2 home games against newc and qpr, chelsea have something to play for, he's cheaper, has 4 more assists than baines this season and is a much bigger differential.. the only thing baines has going for him above cole free kicks and penos..

enrique over simpson because he has 1 home game vs fulham, and then norwich on the road, simpson is away at wig and chels.. so enrique has better clean sheet potential.. they both have 2 assists and 8 and 7 bonus pts respectively, so not much else seperates them, apart from the 0.7m price, which i think enrique justifies because of the higher clean sheet potential

interesting. you pose good points. but qpr shouldnt be counted out anymore, having beaten swans, arsenal and liverpool all recently in addition to only being shut out 4 times since the start of the year (newcastle, fulham, united, wba) and chelsea only have 5 cs in that same time period (sunderland, norwich, bolton, stoke, spurs). plus i expect newcastle with cisse and barfa to score in the chelsea game

thanks for sharing though, gives me some food for thought

Because Tottenham are in poor form at the moment, and Blackburn and Bolton are two teams that like to score a lot of goals. Plus, they are both in a relegation battle, so they will try to win as many games as possible.

I hardly think Hennessey being out automatically means their 2nd choice would concede twice the amount of goals. Look at United, de Gea and Lindegaard. The one coming in will be of similar quality! It shouldn't affect people's decision!

Do we expect the manchester derby to be:

    A) A goal fest. Most of the games between the top clubs this season have seen lots of goals. City have to go for the win. City have a point to prove. Even though Man Utd have kept loads of clean sheets recently, they haven't really played anybody. Their defence isn't that good

    B) Low scoring. Man Utd park the bus and play for the draw that would secure the title. Or City score early and park the bus to protect a 1-0 lead.

If I get a city striker, I will want him for more than one game. So the answer to this question is key!

Definitely A, will be counter attack after counter attack by both teams IMO. Get and keep Tevez until the end.

Tevez has a point to prove, wants to score goals, wants to be the "main man" again. He has the hunger to score goals and looks the more greedy out of the two. With that said, its a tight margin between the two, I just fancy him to score more than Aguero over the next couple of games.

Tevez will score in the derby to take it to the last day. It has been written.

Fancy a few goals to be honest, will probably start tight but one goal will open it up. Rooney has scored well in most of the big games too this season and scores vs City in the cup.

I'm looking at maybe having Tevez and Rooney, maybe just Tevez and Rooney to Jelavic, not sure yet.

    Morning all,

Crucial time in my ML season - I finally battled my way to the top and now have a lead of only 9 points.

2 free transfers this week and I'm really struggling on what to go for. Any obvious moves that I'm failing to see?!

    Bogdan
    JEvans, Skrtel, Kompany
    Dempsey, Walcott, Valencia, Siggy
    RVP, Rooney, P Cisse

    Mignolet, Sessegnon, Caulker, Turner

Would you then bench Valencia with the above team?

Another option losing the same players is Rooney & Sess -> Aguero & Bale - thoughts on that?

Yes, Im benching Valencia this week as well. The above transfer seems good I'd just prefer Tevez over Aguero. And with such low ownership, he could shoot you up the ranks!

Yeah, I'll definitely have him for the double. What about

            GW35: Rooney -> Tevez
GW36: Kompany, Sess & Valencia -> Baines, Barfa & Bale (4 point hit)

On reflection it might be worth getting Barfa in GW35 instead...

                Hmmm, it is mighty tempting.

Main rival has Rooney though, so I could be asking for it if I get rid of him!!

Also, is Tevez really worth foregoing an extra DGW player?

Well my barfa + dave combo has been a thing of beauty over the past month, and catapulted me into the top 10,000. Having said that, our last two fixtures are a bit crap, so not really sure about now.

I expect us to be a great source of points while we are still in the race for the champions league, then we will tail off as we will have already secured europa.

If it comes down to a choice of bale or barfa for you, I would go bale. But would ideally want both of them.

probably skrtel out for baines, terry, cashley or verm (good fixtures the last two or three weeks)

also maybe a rooney to tevez switch? captain him and you could increase that lead in your minileague, then either keep him through til the end or swap for ade for the double

also perhaps make a move now for the dgw. hba, mata, vdv, bale all mids to consider for the double. maybe sess out for hba now? and then bench walcott or valencia?

Isn't ditching Skrtel before WBA and a decent DGW mad? I can't imagine he'd get rotated given how bad Carragher is.

Rooney -> Tevez/Aguero is mighty tempting.
HBA is also tempting, but I already have P Cisse and not sure doubling on NEW attack is the best option?

Sess to HBA is an obvious one to me however it would give you one hell of a benching dilemma. In fact we may and up with almost the same front 8 if you did that except I'd have Bale instead of Walcott. I'd consider using your other FT to get another DGWer but you have a good enough team so far so I'd roll it over into GW36 then use 2 free's then.

If Mata does play both games of the DGW, all the better for us because he will be knackered when they play us! I would expect him to start on the bench for the QPR game.

As long as you look at it over the two weeks.

Walcott could match Barfa's scoring this week. Arsenal play a knackered chelsea at home

But Barfa will score more over the double

I would be tempted to leave it for this week, then look again before the double.
