Targeting Man City assets and why I’m holding onto the Wildcard

Manchester City’s Gameweek 10 fixture swing is finally upon us and it could prove to be pivotal to how the Fantasy Premier League season pans out for many of us.

We have truly reached an important crossroads for our big decisions as the focus continues shift away from Tottenham assets in the direction of Manchester City’s premium attackers.

The Citizens have seriously explosive potential as they host Burnley (who could be short of Nick Pope), Fulham and West Bromwich Albion in the next four rounds while Newcastle will come to the Etihad Stadium in Gameweek 15.

A red train traveling at 72 km/h and a green train traveling at 144 km/h are headed toward one another along a straight, level track. When they are 950 m apart, each engineer sees the other's train and applies the brakes. The brakes slow each train at the rate of 1.0 m/s2. Is there a collision?

The red train travels 200m before it stops while the green needs 800m.
Total of 1000m and BOOM since 1000>950.

Why does everyone mention KDB may be further back in a midfield two against weaker opposition.

Most of the time Pep plays a double pivot of say Rodri/Guno against the big teams with Kev as the attacking midfielder.

Against weaker oppo he just plays say a Rodri in a holding role with two attacking midfielders in front of him who work in the lines between the oppo's midfield and defence. Kev usually based more on the left and then David Silva, previously would be on the right. I expect this to continue with either Bernardo or Foden used as the other attacking mid.

I think KDBs position makes no difference whatsoever. He hauls from deep too with assist and late on in games anyway

Agreed. Being deeper can often be better as when he crosses from deep, just like Trent it is a very effective form of assisting.

Such a boring question! But who would you play out of Soucek or Brewster?

Can you give me a bit of tactical reasons why..

Soucek seems to get a couple chances a game but Villa will be attacking and he will have his hands full defending.

Brewster is a total unknown, not had a chance yet because he's only played top 6 teams.. so who knows, but its west brom?!

This is true, my first instinct was soucek because I know what I get from him, he's been a threat. Brewster is totally unknown, probably too much so I guess..

How is this transfer plan targetting captains vs Fulham or they not as bad as I think they are:
This gw Kane to Vardy c
Next GW Rodriguez to Kdb c
After that GW 12 Bruno to Salah C
This also entails going Salah and kdb less amd trusting Son longterm. Worth the gamble?

Can’t decide whom to get rid off between Barnes (FUL), son or Kane for either Kdb/salah. 4m itb

        Martinez
Chilwell James Saiss -- Lamptey Mitchell
        Bruno Grealish Son Barnes
        Kane Watkins DCL

        A: Saiss + Barnes >> Nkounou+ KDB (-4). Then look to do Mitchel/Bruno/kane >> Robbo/Salah/Bamford in gw12

        B: Saiss + Son >> Dias + KDB (-4). Barnes/Kane >> Salah/Bamford in gw12. Similar outcome as A bit with Dias/Bruno over robbo/son

C: Saiss + Bruno + Son >> Bellerín + KDB + Salah (-8). avoids planning any future transfers

Who’s got the higher chance to score this week Werner or Kane?

I'm thinking A because I'll be doing it for GW12 anyway if I don't do it now..

Do you think Salah outscores Bruno this GW?

                  Yes, I do.
But slightly prefer Bruno for next GW.

I think they score similar over next 2, but I just feel I might end up burning my FT next barring injuries so might as well get the move done now.
