It’s all over. Sergio Aguero seals the title for City in the most dramatic finale to a Premier League campaign thus far, with United’s win at Sunderland proving ultimately inconsequential. For the final time this term, then, we roll out the Big Numbers, analysing the Gameweek’s most impressive performers and looking at those players most likely to receive the bonus points tomorrow. Roll on next season already.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

wish I could agree about the hero part.

That being said, if a City player had to go and lift the PL trophy I'm glad it was him, he's been truly immense this season, has conducted himself with dignity and seems like a genuinely good guy. I have the utmost respect for him.

So, those QPR guys have been quite predictable recently, haven't they?
    (Lose) BOL(A) 1-2

    (Win) ARS(H) 2-1

    (Win) SWA(H) 3-0
    (Lose) WBA(A) 0-1
    (Win) TOT(H) 1-0
    (Lose) CHE(A) 1-6
    (Win) STO(H) 1-0

Home form kept us up and was the reason why Bolton went down in the end.

If Hughes can make Loftus Road the fortress that its become in the last 5 home games then I'll settle for that.

I think we'll move forwards with Hughes now. I still believe that getting Hughes saved our season.

can someone answer this for me...

why is no one talking about tottenham definitely being in the champions league next season. a few seasons ago liverpool won the champions league and everton finished 4th and was allowed to be entered into the qualification stages (even though the lost to villareal).

    whats different this time around?

There's nothing to challenge. UEFA said explicitly, that the additional place for Liverpool was a one off. And next time if it happened, the 4th place team would lose out. End of.

After that happened they changed the rules to what we have this season, so a country can't have an extra side in the CL.

Basically when Liverpool won they weren't going to get a place next year as the winner didn't automatically get a place as they assumed they'd qualify I think. As a one off they gave Liverpool a wildcard entry into the CL to go through all the qualifying rounds, top 4 got it like usual
