Just when Fantasy Premier League managers thought they could breathe and relax after Double Gameweek 19, many of us now have injury problems to solve.

Ahead of Tuesday’s deadline, Kevin De Bruyne (£11.9m) has been ruled out for “four to six weeks” with a muscular injury and needs replacing.

When these sorts of developments occur, there is a fantastic opportunity for Fantasy managers. With everyone going in a different direction from a common player all at once, the potential for green arrows goes up – if you can make the right choice. And, because Gameweeks 20 to 23 take place in a span of 14 days, the FPL landscape is going to change very quickly.

Accordingly, I have gone over some De Bruyne replacements to help you make the right choice ahead of Gameweek 20. As this uses extensive data from the Fantasy Football Scout Premium Members Area, only those with a valid subscription can access it in full.

      Who are your other defenders?

      Keep Mitchell. Perfect 5th defender.

Robbo, Dias, Dallas & Coufal. He is the perfect 5th defender but double City defence for the next three is very tempting!

Could do it for Dallas next week though.

I've done it but more in hope than confidence. He hasn't been firing off many shots these last few weeks but as we all know, he is capable of a large haul. Not confident enough to captain him though, sticking with bruno.
        Good luck to all.

Yeah right, and yet his PPG is only slightly less than KDB. With him out and no out and out striker Pep is willing to play I reckon Sterling shoe-in right now.

Of course he's an options but his stats have regressed quite a bit since last year.

The likes of Gundogan & Foden are performing better.

I will say Sterling has been quietly ticking along for the last few weeks, so maybe underlying statistics not everything - but he's only in the conversation due to previous seasons reputation & the fact he's at a similar price point.

I am sure Rashford wont start so cant decide whether its worth hitting him out and if so, for grealish or gundogen?

    Martinez
Stones • Cancelo • Coufal --- Dallas Taylor
    Bruno • Salah • Son • Rashford -- Burke
    Bamford • Antonio • Wilson

    A: Rashford >> Gundogen (-4)....Then Wilson > Kane gw21
    B: Rashford >> Grealish (-4)......Taylor/Wilson >> Mitchell/Kane (-4) gw21
C: No hit. start Dallas instead and assess next gw. But if i am def taking a hit next gw, makes sense to do it this gw?

If you could choose one player that encapsulates the UEFA Champions League based on your experiences of the competition, who would it be? Mine would be one Raúl González Blanco for Real Madrid. One of the best goalscorers ever to grace a football pitch. Intelligent, focused, clinical, he made the difficult look easy and certainly made my experiences of the competition all the more enjoyable. Jari Litmanen from that 94/95 Ajax team would be a close second.

Think it'd be Zidane for me. Always a huge fan of him & THAT goal against Bayer Leverkusen is my favorite goal ever in the competition.

Another player, propably a nostalgia pick, would be Roy Makaay. Both for Deportivo La Coruna and Bayern he was sooo dangerous!

Anyone else considering just benching KDB and dealing with it next week with 2 FTs?

I won't lose value until he drops to 11.7 (currently 11.9) and if I replace KDB this week I'd bench Rodrigo or Soucek who could both do well. Most likely will do KDB to Son next week, but I'd like to see if any Man City players step up and become the best replacement without KDB. Also if Zaha looks lively vs West Ham he could be a good replacement with great fixtures, but hard to bring him in now having just come back from injury.

Unless you need the 2ft, like kdb and someone to salah next week, if you are thinking kdb to gundo/foden/maddison or whoever, may as well make the move now, unless you have the bench to cover.

Both those bench options looks pretty reasonable for this week so no harm in assessing the field and buying yourself another week or so.
