    Trent is going to obliterate the record for most points for a defender next season.

      Remember when Dallas and Lundstram were re-classified as midfielders...

        Agreed he probably should (if he maintains this position/role) but he won't because it's done on majority of games unfortunately. Just like Stones won't be re-classified either.

          At least Stones still fills in at CB and RB sometimes. TAA looks less and less a defender, but I see your point.

        liverpool need an entirely new midfield they need at least a new cb (vvd has been awful) if they dont get these things theyre not going to keep cs and nunez (who i think has a lot of potential) needs to start putting away chances but it could be a season where trent isnt even close to top scoring defenders

      I cant see it. The season he put those points up their defensive record was unreal. Their midfield needs a complete overhaul and I cant see them being able to bring in enough talent to fill the holes. And VVD looks human again. The season they won he was out of this world good

    Bottomed out... GW36 conundrum, team then questions;

    Steele²
    Stones, Shaw, Burn²
    Salah, Rashford, Grealish, Mitoma²
    Haaland(c), Kane, Wilson²

    Kepa, Estu, White, Andreas*

    As it stands, but my questions queries;

    A) Steele or Kepa v NOT? - Two tricky away games against teams who both need results, especially Arsenal or Kepa against a Forest side who are poor on the road?
    B) Estupinan benched instead of the rest of the squad, as above, already playing Steele do I want a defensive double up? Maybe bench Stones to start Estu?
    C) 1FT & 1.1ITB, Andreas > Willock, if yes who do I bench, Grealish?

    I had Watkins, just swapped him for Wilson tonight, couldn't risk the rise so here is me PRAYING he doesn't get injured tomorrow. I never normally move this early. Bleedin' casuals swapping price points around man.

      A) Play Steele - Kepa isn’t keeping clean sheets regardless of opposition

      B) Bench Stones and play Estupiñán - two fixtures and City dodging clean sheets like there’s no tomorrow

      C) Andreas > Willock or March (funds permitting) - bench Grealish who could see more rotation due to UCL commitments

      Hope this helps slightly.

        Cheers Iceman.
        Thought process is 100% same on A&B. Can't move to March, triple BHA. So probably Willock and bench Grealish as mentioned

      Presuming need to go early to avoid price swings - you know the risk with Newcastle yet to play. No guarantee that still exact money for Bruno the following week.

    Thoughts on Isak and Wilson double up?

      I assume you'd be playing them alongside Halland in a front threw, which means benching a midfielder. It all depends on your team formation, I guess.

      I wouldn't want to bench a mid next week.

          Benching headache is in defence. Currently with Shaw and Stones on the bench

            I'd start Shaw. I think Man U are going to romp us (West Ham)
