Personally I'd go Maddison. Then you can see if Son continues upfront and maybe swap for an Arsenal mid in GW8.

Any suggestions changed to my squad? 1FT and 1.4ITB.

Players with a star next to them are players who I have some concerns about, not major or immediate concerns, but things I would like to change soon for one reason or another (out of form, bad fixtures etc) or for example, Wissa - I don't want a Brentford double up.

    Johnstone*
    Chilwell - Udogi - Trippier
    Bowen* - Saka - Rash - Mbeumo - Foden*
    Wissa* - Haaland

    Pickford*, Estu, Saliba*, Semenyo

I was considering at the start of this break, possibly doing Wissa to Alvarez.

Think i'd be looking at rolling and re-evaluating next week with 2FT. Would probably play Saliba over Bowen though.

Thanks I might roll it. Can’t bench Bowen he is one of the most in form players, and defenders are pretty trash right now.

    Fernandes v Rashford:

Afternoon everyone. What’s your thoughts on which asset to pick if you’d only one to choose for the next 4 game weeks please? If Bruno is forced wide right in the absence of Antony do you think that reduces his output or enhances it? Rashford looked a threat at times away to Arsenal. Does Hojlund improve either of them significantly over the other?

    1. ritzyd
      • 8 Years
      2 years, 2 months ago

Don't see fernandes being moved right, surely it's Garnacho or Pellestri that takes that spot (assuming no way back for Sancho). Prefer Bruno as an asset personally but undertsand going Rashford over him.

Yeah I think Sancho is at serious risk of having played his last game for Utd tbh so I don’t see him as an option. Mount (when fit) could lineup with Casemiro and Amrabat as a 3 in the middle with Bruno pushed wide right.

    2. The Mentaculus
      • 4 Years
      2 years, 2 months ago

I wouldn't have either right now tbh. They look a shambles & aside from Burnley the next 4 are tough. Think Hojlund might help Rashford but give it time - even in that cameo against Arsenal, when Rashford had the ball on the break, that run Hojlund made (a naive dash down the middle that didn't offer a passing option or open up space) caused Rash to throw up his arms in frustration. If its a case of selling one, I'd lose Bruno

      1. The Mentaculus
        • 4 Years
        2 years, 2 months ago

Burnley's issues with their press (see Spurs/Villa) mean Rashford will likely get a decent amount of space to attack in behind so I think for that alone he'd be my preferred option of the 2, especially with a lack of clarity of Bruno's role(s)

From last season, Bruno has a 60% chance of playing on the right. When he did so last season, his xA increased.

I sold Rash for Sterling, on wildcard I'm debating to get him back at the 0.1 saving. I have Bruno too. However if I do this Jackson has to go too as I'm maxed out. Worried about Chelsea v Bmouth but at the same time don't want to come out of a wildcard with triple Chelsea!

I have no idea what to do this week. Thinking Gvardiol to Schar or Botman, would like maddo for captaincy but no easy way to get to him so probably have to go without. Ideas welcomed 2FT and 0 itb.

I watched Brentford's last game and wasn't impressed at all. It was no fluke that Bournemouth scored two. My worry is that Trippier wasn't getting forward last game. Hopefully, it was tactical. Whereas Estu plays like a winger

Back in 1872, 4,000 fans filled the West of Scotland Cricket Club in Glasgow as England played out a goalless draw with the Tartan Army.

Now, 114 games between the two teams later, they will reunite for a friendly, which has been officially called a 150th Anniversary Heritage Match.
