Anyone else going to risk going triple Chelsea for their upcoming fixture run? Start of the season it was an utter fail.

Think I am going to chance double attack and one defender again.

Already have Palmer and going to bring in Sanchez next. If you have money for Sterling as well, it might be a good bet

Risking zero Chelsea here. Just not quite sure on Sterling/Palmer yet and still wary of how they struggled against low blocks. Like Nkunku but its way too soon for him

Anyone considering Jackson for Watkins? Has a good fixture run coming. Or would you rather go Jesus or Darwin. I already have Saka and Salah, so am a bit tempted by a Chelsea player

I think you have to have owned Jackson to fully appreciate the abject horror of this question.

Avoid Jackson at this point. See what the plan is with Nkunku once he gets minutes. He will either feature as a 10 or 9.

Rather Sterling at the moment instead of Jackson.

Jesus says scoring is not his strong suit

Darwin shoots first, scans for the actual goalposts later

Wait on Jackson to see when Nkunku is back. If I had unlimited transfers I would get Darwin for the next 3, then switch to Isak for 3.

I'm getting Gordon instead of a Chelsea attacker here

I'd happily buy one if they become consistent during the fixture run, but I think I've only got space for James and Sanchez for now. Not that I think their defence is stellar, more due to a dearth of defensive options

I have 2FT. Best options from these please?

    A) Son to Mbeumo and Chukwuemeka to Gordon (cash free for defence upgrade next week)
    B) Bowen to Mbeumo and Chukwuemeka to Garnacho (can bench him and play Watkins or Alvarez this week, but he offers some bench cover)
    C) Bowen to Mbeumo and Turner to Kelleher
    D) Son to Mbeumo and Areola to Raya (cash free for defence upgrade next week)
    E) Bowen to Mbeumo + save 1FT

    For full context, squad is:
    Areola (Turner)
    Lascelles, Cash, Taylor (Mitchell, Lamptey)
    Bowen, Son, Salah, Saka (Chukwuemeka)
    Haaland, Watkins, Alvarez

    Cheers.

Foolish earthlings, here are today's press conference times in GMT:

    9.30am - Howe
    12.30pm - Guardiola
    1pm - Postecoglou, Pochettino, O'Neil, Edwards
1.30pm - Arteta, ten Hag, Iraola, Klopp, Frank, Hodgson, Silva, Moyes
    2.15pm - Emery

There were four yesterday, so there is only De Zerbi missing from the above list. Hopefully, there'll be some embargoed stuff dribbling out from last night's post-Europa League press conference.

Why doesn't scout apply for a pass to attend these press conferences?

That way, they could grill the managers like Paxman and get the proper team news we are desperate for.

Scout is a big enough publication. I've seen fan podcasts get in to ask questions.

Probably. I did see an Arteta quote about Zinchenko playing left 8 the other day which piqued my attention, but since you have Gabriel already I'd go Saliba for safety I think just in case Arteta trots out that setup from earlier in the season without Gabriel & Zinchenko

Thanks Menta, I suppose I could've just said "play one" lol. Oh yes just noticed that Schar is @ home, that changes it - probably the safest bet. I am tempted by Baldock who's been quite attacking, against Burnley

    Areola

    Tsimilkas - Lascelles - Taylor

    Salah - Mbuemo - Bowen - Gordon

    Haaland(C) - Alvarez - Watkins

    Bench: Turner, Son, Cash, Udogie

0.4itb. 1FT. Looking for ideas. I'm 0.1m short of Alvarez to Isak. If Gabriel was nailed I would bring him in, but if he misses 1 of the next 2 then it's a wasted transfer.
