      So much is luck...the Gordon injury left him on 4 which would have easily put him in double digits with such an open goal fest. Sometimes your decision is correct even though the outcome is not optimal.

    I had three players with double digit hauls, but made no real progress because I didn't captain any of them and benched one of them.

    Hi Gents, hope you’ve had a decent GW so far, I still can’t bare to look at Gross & Branthwaite on my bench! Eurgh!

    Anyways, early thoughts here? After a good season so far, the wheels are becoming a little loose, to be expected of course.

      Same outfield ten but not same itb. Trips in is fine but Est has shu in 25 so a keeper for me. Thinking Jota in for Saka and benching Gross so, if you sell Gross who are you benching?

        Cheers bud. Yeah I am a bit hesitant to remove Estupinan, just he’s becoming a bit of a headache already, does have a good fixture 25 though, maybe I’m being a bit too quick with him, I reckon losing Porro could be the bette option?

        Losing Saka is an option, but damn his heavy ownership!
        Exactly yeah…….selling Gross creates another benching dilemma, I never set myself up for benching headaches normally, but it’s that pesky Haaland, was actually better without him haha!

        May even downgrade Gross to a cheapie like Garnacho to remove this bench headache.

      I put Estupinan in after three weeks of 8,6,6 only for him to then go 0,1, with decent fixtures.

      I cannot afford to get rid of him & will bench next GW & hope come back strong in forth coming weeks.

    Gordon seems a simple transfer out for me, although as he's gone up should have all week to decide. He doesn't have a great fixture in 26 either and a high likelihood of nothing in 29.

          Tbf at the time Pedro was expected to miss out by many, which would have put Gross on penalty kicks too.

          It influenced a late change with Foden back on my bench. I'd started out with Gross and went full circle.

          Wish I hadn't been swayed by the projected goals data away from captaining Watkins tho., who was the stand out captain for me on Thursday/Friday.

    Villa win, good chance Arsenal vs Chelsea is on in 29.

    Chelsea win, strong chances West Ham vs Villa is on.

    Luton vs Forest I think is gonna be on because Forest will falter to either Bristol City or Man Utd and Luton I can't see beating Man City.

    If you are planning a transfer this week I strongly suggest you consider this, being able to avoid using a chip in 29 could put you in a strong position for the games in 34 & 37.

          I mentioned it here once during the break but there wasn't really much discussion around BB generally. Thinking was if GW34 is a mix of blanks & doubles, BB will be tricky as I'd have to dump all players from FA Cup semi-finalists; and 37 is too late for me.

          Not sure which attacker I would have benched but at the back it would have been Moreno & Estupinan. Full team is:

            Yeah, I took a look.

            I'd have played Watkins ahead of Neto but it's paid off for you.

            I was tempted and raised it but with Turner, Trent and Walker it was a bit risky.

            Would have had Foden, Gusto and Porro.

            Yeah I knew you were BB this week but as you say it's difficult to say who you would have benched apart from those two defenders. Moreno made it worthwhile this week.

          That's his current status based on de Zerbi ditching him at half time against Luton and then benching him this week in favour of Lamptey. No guarantees who starts GW26 unless Lamptey gets yet another injury before then.
