    Pickford ¦ Areola
    Gomez Senesi Maguire
    Salah Son Maddison Palmer
    Haaland Solanke Semenyo

I prefer FH34 and BB37 so your squad is setup more for the long run and gives time to make transfers for 37 so have not looked at many WC teams with BB in mind for 34 but surely you want to be trying to BB with 15 DGWs

Would you do Gabriel to Schar now or bench Gabriel, play against Luton then sell ?

        No

So far mine is as follows

        Onana Petrovic
Gabriel Udog Lascelles Gusto Van De Ven
        Salah Saka Son Palmer Garnacho
        Haaland Darwin Solanke

Then plan would be FH 34

        Gabriel to Schar after GW32
        Solanke to Hoijlund in GW33
        Darwin to Isak in GW35

        Keep two transfers for
        Saka to Foden in GW37
        Salah to KDB in GW37

        BB with 15

Ahh didnt realise you had a FH left, was wondering why you were selling Gabriel before GW34 double.

          BB with 15 in GW37?

Yes with the transfers above over a few weeks.

Both have decent CS potential vs Luton & Everton.

If its a free transfer and doesnt impact any hits further down the line then probably worth doing it early.

Luton have a crazy record of scoring goals, the last time they didnt score in the Prem was against United in GW12....mental!

    Dubravka, Areola
Saliba, Gabriel, Trippier*, C. Richards, Van Hecke
    Palmer, Bowen, Foden, Odegaard, Neto*
    Haaland, Watkins, Solanke

    1 FT, 3.2 ITB

    WC and BB still intact

Are these the only likely fixtures added to GW37?

Brighton and Hove Albion v Chelsea
    Manchester United v Newcastle United
    Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester City

If so BB34 looks much more appealing than BB37..

Watkins is the obvious cash cow imo to get Salah.

The template midfield is Salah, Saka, Foden, Son, Palmer

You can afford to drop one of Son/Foden for a differential (maybe both if you want to chase rank) but the other 3 seem pretty mandatory imo from GW30 until 34 at least. Palmer isn't leaving my team for the rest of the season if fit (and maybe even if he's injured) since he has 2 doubles and costs pennies anyway.

Agreed, the midfield template looks strong and what i will have from GW31.

Planning to drop Son in 33 and bringing in Luis Diaz for Palace at home followed by a double in 34.

Szoboszlai could be a shout as more nailed than Diaz for both games in the double.

        I agree

Gamble on some Liverpool players for a differential.

I'm doing okay but I'm not going to climb rank too much with the template midfield.

That said Salah isn't template yet. Albeit he's up to almost 25% ownership.

I've got MacA in my mix.

        Forgoing Son at the moment.

I still keeping Watkins on WC Active. I actually like this 8 attackers with 0.7 ITB and FH+BB

      Salah - Son - Saka - Richarlison - Palmer
      Haaland - Watkins - Isak

Selling Watkins will enable upgrade from Richa > Foden later though. I might go with Darwin or Solanke in his place and save some ITB.

    Dubravka
    Gabreil, Porro, Zabamyi
    Son, Saka, Foden, Palmer, Gordan
    Haaland, Watkins, Solanke

    Areola, Solanke, Branthwaite, Pau

The options I'm looking at are

    A) Gordan, Solanke & Pau to Salah, Archer & Richards -8
    B) Foden & Solanke to Salah & Semenyo -4
    C) Save FT, then Gordan and Watkins to Salah and Semenyo next GW

Planning BB34 hence Semenyo over Muniz who would give me a benching headache this GW.

I think you've hit your wildcard so might be thinking a similar way.

Is it better to orientate your squad towards Liverpool and Arsenal players with a BB34 in view? Also add in one or two Palace players after gw33.

Then pivot towards Spurs with the next 3 free transfers to set up for gw37? Rather than playing towards a bench boost in gw37.

My chips are an active wildcard in gw30 to switch KDB into Salah, avoiding a hit and removing some flagged players. Leaving me with just the Bench Boost to play.

With Man City Liverpool and Arsenal all to play for.

How much rotation do you envisage. Those with a 3-5-2 and without Haaland, Is a Haaland hokey cokey viable or just go for to Darwin? How long to keep hold of Foden and Son for?

(Not part of the question but you could include it but I have Solanke as one of those 2 forwards (Semenyo) the other, and dont feel great about it., in the DGW34 itself.

I'm favouring Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal and feel like I'm playing against the crowd of Spurs and Chelsea etc.

Albeit I still have Gusto and Palmer is a fix.

I think most of Liverpool core squad will play, but the Sheffield United game could be a Nunez rest with Man Utd following in quick succession.

Crunchie, which Palace defender and attacker would you favour for gw34 if I switch out Gusto and Muniz?
I probably will slot Eze in first in midfield, taking a value hit on Palmer I guess.

Yeah, if Olise is back he could be an option too. But that make Eze a much better option.

Munoz has just gone off injured for Columbia tonight. Hope he is OK.

Against Burn and Emerson/Cresswell they could be good. Imray is more likely to come in than Clyne IMO, for the U21, he plays like Alonso but on the other side

Richards was MOTM against Jamacia and a CS against Mexico.

Ayew will always plays atm or Mateta, who seems to have bulked up alot, hence playing the ugly man role upfront, so probably him..

I see Eduoard leaving in the summer so don't go near him.

Strategy question Zoph and to the FFS forum ofc.

I deadended to 29, so wc active (it was the plan and needed for 30 alone). BB & FH to play.

If wc'ing 30/31, It looks easier(2-3FT, but I may have to forego some Spurs assets) & safer to build a BB for 34 (rather than 37 which may and in some cases will bring greather chance of injuries/rotation/title won/teams on beach, etc.) and then either build into 37 or FH37. If FH37 not required, FH 38?

      Cheers guys.

Are all of us wildcarding now in 30/31 with a FH in 34 foolish to go without the highest scorer in FPL (Watkins) and the best FPL defenders (Arsenal)? Most of my WC drafts forego them to afford the Spurs, Chelsea, and Salah+Haaland… but it doesn’t feel right. Same for ignoring Foden who’s been as good as Saka — and as good as anyone — recently.

Who to partner Haaland on a GW30 Wildcard? Playing a 3-5-2 formation with current options being Darwin, Isak, or Solanke. FH34 is locked in for added context.

Amazing livewire show! Quick thoughts along the lines you were also thinking. On WC too...

Which 2 would you prefer from Isak, Darwin and Jackson? (all things considered).
Would a 0.7 cheaper Jackson and a Vicario, be the more sensible approach than Petrovic, one of the above, and say a Porro?

It all comes down to these combinations...

Not great set up for 34 BB with only 6 doublers there. Also 6 likely doublers in 37 so squad sort of falls between a WC with 34 BB or 37BB in mind. Turner not starting keeper now so Kelleher good shout provided Klopp confirms Allison potential return date

I have a similar team as you and also don’t have Haaland. However, I plan to swap Watkins for him in 31. Watkins’ fixtures aren’t that great and doesn’t double, so I figure he won’t score as big as we know Haaland can.

yeah it him or Darwin, for GW31, i could go Moreno to Bradley would be idel, but looks like Trent will be back before that so, Son to Liverpool Jota/Diaz maybe the play, or VVD, Cant afford trent as well, lol

Palmer is not someone we need to test that much at the moment as Saka will hold down the RW at Euros

Pickford is one of the reasons why England can't win a trophy.

            Another one is Maguire.

Nice suggestion. Well, could he be worse than Magure and/or Dunk? Southgate should give him the second half. Throw him in at the deep end and see what happens.

Guehi, but got injured on his last England game. Johnstone now out for the season.

Braithwaite is the better defender, Guehi is the better "footballer" if that makes sense.

Guehi and Branthwaite are both nice guys but far away from world class as they are no leaders.

Leadership foe better defence could also come from a decent goalkeeper. Pickford is not even average, though. Unfortunately, the best English goalkeeper who is currently fit and available.

They are only 21 and 23 and Guehi is Palace's youngest ever Captain, and always captained England in the younger teams and was Chelsea Captain for U23 at 19. If that isnt a future leader i dont know what is.

Crazy idea to wildcard this week and get in all the players I want for DG34? (I\m not aware of any other blanks or doubles comins up pls correct if wrong)

I'd really like Salah/Darwin and potentially fit in Odegaard

          Can't do it with Fts
