Does anybody manage relegation/promotion in their mini-league and if so how do you manage/administer that ?

Long standing league where a bunch of early enthusiastic players get bored and stop engaging. Want to move them to a B league at say Christmas but everyone can come up and down.

Others must do similar ??

Initial thoughts re. 5 transfers.

With less data at our disposal at the start, bank as many FT’s as you can.

Wildcard GW 5-6.

You’ll then have probably atleast 3 transfers banked, and with the wildcard played and team set up nicely, you’ll be in a great position to pivot with 5 transfers every week. Very rarely will you need more than 3 transfers so you’ll have that safety net at all times.

Simply, get to 5 transfers as quick as possible, Wildcard to move onto the next 5-6 fixture swing, then constantly pivot with a healthy amount of free transfers at your disposal.

Really don’t like this mystery chip idea

What if someone in FPL towers
1. Can plan for weeks in advance in preparation of using the chip while nobody else knows what it is.
2. Makes the chip up as it goes along to suit the dynamics of their team.
3. Has a secret financial deal going to tell the “elite” content creators such as @LetsTalk_FPL about the specific chip details to help them achieve high ranks and hence credibility so they keep generating income from the average man.

I always thought a cool chip would be that you can sub 1 player into your team from your bench once per season

I want a Truth Pill Chip where when activated, all the content creators have to admit they know nothing more about footy than the average fella down the pub, in fact less.

my guess is, they don't yet know what to do...so they've bought themselves 4 months to either come up with something, or they'll pinch someone else's good guess.....if they have an idea, it's probably something lame like selling a player at full profit, rather than half-profit.
