No, assuming 33 will likely have more doubles than 32

It's a definite option for me out WC? My entire squad is likely to have a DGW or home fixture that GW.

Good morning all. Is the bench order correct here?

    Pickford
    TAA | Gabriel | Robinson
    Salah | Palmer | Mbeumo | Dango
    Isak | Cunha | Wood

SUBS: Sels | Rogers | Kerkez | Hall

      Main dilemmas -

      Pickford vs Sels
      Robinson vs Kerkez
      Dango vs Rogers

Fwiw, I’m playing Kerkez over a Robinson, but probably a coin toss.

Yes, bench order looks good. Dango starting and Rogers benched is a no-brainer, imo.

    Sels
    Gabriel timber munoz (myko konate)
    Rogers salah palmer kluivert mbeumo
    Isak wissa (wood)

    Which ? 2 ft

    A) rogers to bowen
    B) wood to cunha, bench rogers

      Semenyo | Kluivert | Dango
      Evanilson

Anyone else finding the AM chip massively sapping their interest in the game? I haven't played it yet and have had a couple of red arrows the last few weeks despite decent scores. I have no sense if this is down to my own decisions or simply other players with the chip active.

The more asymmetrical FPL is, the less interesting it is. I don't understand why the AM chip lasts for 3 weeks. What is the thinking??

    1. Rupert The Horse

I have found it the most interesting part of the game, and am more engaged. The best thing is that it lasts for 3 weeks.

    2. Nightcrawler
      • 6 Years
      10 months, 10 hours ago

Absolutely agree with Rupert the horse. Haven't used it yet but it's made for more diversity not just for the manager picks but also chip picks

Everyone was going for TC Salah 24 otherwise and BB in 33. Predictable and boring

As for the red arrows for those of us not using it. The best way to judge is that if u have maintained the rank or got a very small red you've done well cuz I will almost certainly more than make up for it later in with AM

      1. Rupert The Horse
        • Fantasy Football Scout Member

I also like trying to figure out if I've done well with it or not. I got an extra 44 points across the last 3 weeks from the AM chip. But then I lost out on the extra 29 points a TC on Salah would have gotten. Then I have to do some sort of mad calculation when I do eventually use my TC and figure out where I'm at. Loved the adventure of switching managers, the risk on offer in selecting a low ranked manager against a top team. It's literally so much fun.

I agree. While the rules should be simpler. Just points for win and a draw plus table bonus, or just make the teams managers priced higher..

It mixes up the template , as chip tactics.

I am FH29 and don't see many people doing that

And I decided to not play AM chip as I had p.4m it and wFT. I could have done Moyes Emery and Glasner, which I would have done or Silva if they had the DGW. But will play AM GW31 to 33 to 36 to 38

      A. Gakpo to Cunha
      B. The above plus Rogers to Bowen
      C. A but use second transfer to sell Bednarek for someone like Munoz.

      Pickford
      RAN TAA Timber

Munoz is great, however all his points seem to come away from home.
Bowen and Cunha/Marmoush the priorities for me
West Ham will want to avenge their 3-1 loss to Leicester from before. They just beat the Arsenal. They'll be up for it.
Evan Ferguson would be super punty.

Throwing a few options out there-

      1. Rogers + Ndiaye-> Bowen + Beto (-4). Covers 29 and gets me Bowen.
      2. Rogers-> Semenyo (poss best Bournemouth)
      3. Ndiaye-> Wood (Exact cash- just seems a bit boring).
      4. Something else..

      Raya.
      TAA, Gabriel, Robinson.
      Rogers, Salah, Mbuemo, Palmer, Nwaneri.
      Isak, Cunha.
      Pick, Hall, Greaves, Ndiaye.

This what I'm thinking.... Might be overthinking it, I feel arsenal are a better defence without Lewis skelly

It's just a chance to be different with good odds. I sold wood for Wissa last gw cuz this was a good opportunity

Arsenal are extremely tough to score against and u have two players who could get u differential points

Those contemplating wc30 will have a lovely l-o-n-g period of just over 2 weeks to play with it. Yum!

Enough time to buy all the right players, then overthink it and sell them and buy the wrong players, then whinge about it for days agter

I want to make a switch from Gakpo to Cunha in time for BGW29. Is it better to do it now and catch Cunha's half-decent run of fixtures, or gamble that Gakpo plays against Southampton? Cunha picked up 5 attacking returns in the reverse of his next three fixtures this season.

I am waiting for team news otherwise I'd have done it last night.

Newcastle look shaky at the back ATM

Southampton id is a Darwin game for sure with Diaz and Gapko rotating. Unless Darwin starts on the left.

What if there is a couple of injuries

I am waiting until tomorrow to decide now
