After a record day for traffic on the site, we’re expecting a further surge for this morning’s crunch before deadline. As a result, we’ve opened our Surgery Chatroom nice and early to help relieve the pressure on comments and give you the option of real-time feedback.

A reminder to our members that the members area has its own domain at members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk should we experience any issues on the main site this morning.

The wait for the new season is almost over, the urge to carry out last minute tinkering building. We’ll follow this up with the first Pre-amble of the season and there we’re over to the Dugout Discussion just before the fist kick-off at 3pm. Exciting.

      Forget about Michu, he'll flop. Not sure u should bother with Chelsea cover at the back. Bit to havey up top. Rooney is likely to play withdrawn and tough first game. Swap him for a cheaper alternative (Pog, Graham..), tighten the mid with at least one more heavy hitter. That's what I think anyway

        Yep. Bent will be a prospect for sure under Lambert - can yoy upgrade Graham to Tevez to keep bent.

        Dembele and/or Noble seems weak too assuming you're planning 343.

    My last decision regards Tevez vs Aguero.
    I've got Tevez and 2M spare now (alongside Torres and Pog up front).
    Like many I'll likely be transferring Torres out GW2 and wanted the extra cash for options, Rooney, etc when I see how Utd shakeout. To me it seems like Tevez is very bit as likely to score/assist bp as Aguero at the moment and the stats from last year don't seem to be pointing vastly different (considering comparative games played). Am I missing something?
