After a record day for traffic on the site, we’re expecting a further surge for this morning’s crunch before deadline. As a result, we’ve opened our Surgery Chatroom nice and early to help relieve the pressure on comments and give you the option of real-time feedback.

A reminder to our members that the members area has its own domain at members.fantasyfootballscout.co.uk should we experience any issues on the main site this morning.

The wait for the new season is almost over, the urge to carry out last minute tinkering building. We’ll follow this up with the first Pre-amble of the season and there we’re over to the Dugout Discussion just before the fist kick-off at 3pm. Exciting.

    Anyone knee-jerking then? I'm certainly sticking with Graham seeing Swansea's fixtures compared to Fulham's, and I'm going with my original plan of upgrading Torres (unless he has a blinder this week). Averse to taking a hit already, so probably won't be getting Michu in (and Pienaar hasn't even played yet).

      I'm worried that Graham was involved in none of the 5 goals. And Sinclair and Dyer were playing more narrow so Graham is less likely to recieve the ball. I'm tempted by Ramires->Michu for a hit.

        My midfield is Lampard/Bale/Pienaar/Ireland/Noble, so unless I change Pienaar it's either a case of not getting RVP and upgrading, or downgrading quite drastically (and I still like the look of Cazorla, although Arsenal's inability to convert today was a bit worrying).
        However, Ireland -> Dyer is certainly on the cards.
