Not sure I can agree with that. He's more or less a winger, on penalties and free-kicks with added clean sheets in one of the few teams who are defending well. He's also playing in tandem with Pienaar which is arguably the most effective left flank pairing in the league.

Get your West Ham coverage in defence with Demel and swap in for Cuellar. Find another partner for Begovic. Go for Guthrie over Maloney given that, if you have Fletcher, you'll hardly ever call on your fifth mid. TBH though...i'd be tempted to stick with Lambert.
