Better late then never. In truth, there’s nothing comfortable about this one. We had some nightmarish technical issues that had me tearing at my receding hairline tonight but, we got it done. Just.

The route of the problem was a change of scenery, as Granville and I resorted to staying on home territory to record this latest episode. There was a chance it would end in tears; it almost did.

It is, at least, a bumper episode, with just over 45 minutes of myself and Granville grumbling amidst the regulars on Wednesday evening. With his three point lead at the top of our mini-league, the fact is I couldn’t bear to face my Mancunian rival to discuss the merits of an early wildcards versus points hits, lament the demise of Carlos Tevez and chat about Granville’s night attire.

Grab this online experiment here, or stream using the handy player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Yeah, i think i might do that actually. Want Berbatov from next week, so need to get money from somewhere. Think with Marin and Moses now truly in the fold, Hazard will get subbed off regularly. He's gone off the boil abit and has tough fixtures after Norwich. Would be more confident playing Cazorla in every game, than i would Hazard.

With so many options in Chelseas attacking midfield I'm looking to offload hazard shortly. Champs league rotation will cost Hazard playing time imo. I have Cazorla so was thinking Bale.

I wouldn't worry. Torrid fixtures, Norwich aside. Which is about the only opportunity RDM will get to rest players. Although the fact he played such a strong side v Wolves suggest he won't be taking any games lightly.

Why are you considering that, Demi? Surely Hazard is likely to play 60+ minutes against Norwich as it is the last match before the international break.

Thanks Pratik, and everyone else for the responsen. I've just realised i have to play one of Fletcher or HBA against City or United next week which was making me feel uneasy so was thinking of a hit to do Fletcher > Berbatov. I'll give Hazard the Norwich game then, save a transfer and do the 2 moves for GW 8 unless something changes by then. Suppose Fletcher can score against anyone and City are hardly keeping cs's at the minute....

Sunderland are hoping for dispensation from the FA to get the Reading game played before the Tyne & Wear derby on 21st October else it can't be played before December due to UEFA regulations that prevent top flight games the same day that ECL and EL are on.

As Chelsea is in the ECL their re-scheduled game won't happen before December and I can't really see them wanting to add to the already packed fixture list that month either.

    HOLLERUD SAYS:

Time for me to get on the Everton train.
    My current team:
    Foster – Begovic
    Rafael – Boyce – Hughes – Cuellar – Demel
Yaya – Hazard – Ben Arfa – Sterling – Michu
    RvP – Podolski – Tevez

I am thinking of doing Hazard -> Fellaini, which will leave a healthy 2.8 m in the bank. Would it then be crazy to do a hit to get Baines in for one of the cheap defenders?

I'm guessing Swansea is 2nd. But results will be skewed from playing Everton with 1 man down and Alan Tate in defence.

I think that Anchibe guy had 10 shots in the box alone.

Hey guys, I've been sitting back thinking about my team for this week, and reflecting on how my reluctance to take a hit last week for Lambert lost me some good points... I have since brought Lambert in for free this week to catch his price rises, and also because of my hunch that he will sneak one against Everton...

But here's the insane part... now I'm actually thinking of bringing in Zamora for Tevez this week for a hit... I think it could pay off handsomely... If I do this, I will have the option to rotate with Lambert for this amazing run of fixtures and play a power 5 man midfield most weeks...

WHM FUL EVE TOT RDG SWA SOT NEW NOR AVL RDG FUL SUN WBA LIV ARS

Can anyone confirm my level of insanity? And no, I don't have hairy palms... 😉

    Thanks...

With his form I wouldn't particularly want to bench Lambert at the moment. He and Zamora will score bags of points on your bench I reckon.

Yes of course, I just said that I would have the option to once my ideal team comes to fruition, I don't have my 5 man midfield as yet, which means that I will play him most weeks until I decide to enforce my plan...

But having the option to do something like that is welcome and was the point I was making, since I've seen some WC teams like Acqua's, for example, where I wouldn't know where to start on who to bench...

        Thanks

Zamora is hardly prolific. Also prone to the odd injury. I think it's mental. But if it paid off for you then fair play.

Not for me, 3 strikers each and every week.

Why not Berbatov instead of Zamora? Their rotation is great too.

This!!! And berba has much better points potential than zamora, and won't be rotated

Looking closer at Fulham's fixtures over the next 10 weeks... with the exception of Aston Villa at home, I don't actually like them, at all...

Quite insane imo. I would never consider rotating Lambert after what I've seen so far this season. Would also rather have Berba over Zamora.

        Ok thanks, Berbilly...

I don't really think Lambert can be benched right now either, so I guess I could consider rotating someone else, as I really am still quite interested in exploiting QPR's brilliant home fixtures over the next few months...

    Who to bench:

    Guthrie Michu Nolan?

I am afraid that Guthrie will score against his old team and he will be on my bench
