Margins for errors are very small at the start of the season, but the results for getting things right off course shoots you up the ranking. Just look at Rukawa "I go crazy for banana" Ladyguy...his lambert(c) last week pushed him into top 20k overall!
Over a season it all squares out. Well i'd like to think so!
For example based on the 4 pts difference between me and Granvile....and our 43000 place difference in ranking...if I kept Bale(ceteris paribus) I would have been ranked 140000 places higher then I am currently.

I like the Fletcher –> Berba idea. i've got Berba already so I'm planning to stick it out. With so many other great options in midfield, I think 2 places for Arse players isn't warranted, especially with one of them far from guaranteed a place in the starting XI.
