Just the one game to entertain us this Sunday, as Norwich welcome Sunderland to Carrow Road. The Black Cats Fantasy assets have a perfect platform to grab our attention ahead of their double Gameweek, though they have a tough task on their hands – the Canaries have registered clean sheets in each of their last three home matches:

As always, our Dugout Discussion is open ahead of the 4pm kick-off, with the team news as follows:

Chris Hughton names the same starting XI that drew 1-1 at Everton in midweek, with Ryan Bennett continuing to deputise at centre-half for the injured Michael Turner.

Norwich Starting XI: Bunn; Whittaker, Bassong, R. Bennett, Garrido; Snodgrass, Johnson, Tettey, Pilkington; Hoolahan; Holt

For Sunderland, James McClean earns a recall to the first-team. Seb Larsson moves into central midfield to cover for the injured Lee Cattermole – this sees Adam Johnson shift to the right, with McClean returning to his usual left wing berth.

Sunderland XI: Mignolet, Bardsley, Kilgallon, Cuellar, Rose; Johnson, Larsson, Gardner, McClean; Sessegnon; Fletcher

    really pissed off with myself for going gorkss over shorey two weeks ago just for the DGW.

    even though I have bale, Suarez and ruddy out I have just gone gorkss to shorey...

    not taking a hit and am benching them. with McAnuff as captain

          Worst of all is that if I do the transfer it will be for a hit.

          Its typical, just as I dare to transfer Kolarov in the rest of my defence gets injured or dropped in the space of 5 days. At least Sir Leighton recovered.

    My team is linked, have gorkss and clyne, planning to take either of those for shorey for the DGW.

    Planning to take the hit for pienaar to mcanuff or robson kanu.

    Should I do this or get fellaini for lallana, but I will need to downgrade piennar and ignore shorey's DGW?

    Anybody gonna captain Berbatov against Newcastle? I'm gonna, but it depends on this Sunderland game.

    I'm waiting to see what happens in the Sunderland-Norwich game before I make any changes, because in FPL I think I'm gonna bring in Adam Johnson for the DGW, and if I do that, I may captain Adam Johnson.

    I know Sunderland are in poor form, but Norwich aint a bad team at home. We forget this sometimes, we never give the opposition credit.

    The reason why I'm waiting before I bring any Sunderland players in, is because you never know, you bring them in while the game is on, and then they limp of injured. But I'm eying up Johnson for FPL, and Fletcher for SFF.

    Or do you forget about bringing any cover in and just captain who you wanted to captain? van Persie let me down for a number of weeks, Suarez is suspended, but I gotta feeling Berbatov is nailed on for returns against Newcastle at home?
