With the dust settling on Saturday’s goal-fest and with Theo Walcott’s bandwagon purring away, Sunday has a lot to live up to. A pair of Premier League matches are on the agenda, with a cast of Fantasy heavy-hitters on show. Juan Mata and Chelsea arrive at Goodison to face Leighton Baines’ Everton, while later in the day, Luis Suarez will be matched against bottom of the table QPR at Loftus Road. Our Dugout Discussion Chatroom is now open to grab the real-time community reaction as today’s matches unfold.

The team news from Goodison is as follows:

David Moyes makes two changes from the side that beat Wigan on Boxing Day. Phil Neville and Darron Gibson drop out, with Johnny Heitinga and Steven Naismith drafted in for the Toffees. Phil Jagielka looks likely to move to right-back to allow Heitinga to partner Sylvain Distin in central defence, while Leon Osman is expected to move to central midfield, affording Naismith a chance on the right flank in Everton’s final match without the suspended Marouane Fellaini.

Everton Starting XI: Howard, Jagielka, Heitinga, Distin, Baines; Naismith, Hitzlsperger, Osman, Pienaar, Jelavic, Anichebe

For the Blues, Rafa Benitez makes three alterations to the side that scraped a narrow win at Norwich last Wednesday. Frank Lampard replaces John Obi Mikel in the double-pivot (with David Luiz starting in midfield once again), Ramires gets the nod ahead of Victor Moses on the right of the attacking midfield three, while Eden Hazard is selected on the opposite flank, as Oscar drops to the bench.

Chelsea Starting XI: Cech; Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Cahill, Cole; Luiz, Lampard; Ramires, Mata, Hazard; Torres

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

      Mulling both, so much damn good options in the midfield right now. I think Silva will have to go. Not getting the returns to justify that much higher tag at the moment...

    Any advice for this rabble (1FT, 0.1m):

    Foster
    Enrique, Davies, Merte
    Michu, Mata, Walcott, Puncheon
    Suarez, Benteke, RVP

    Begovic; Cuellar, Nelson, Bale

    A) Bale -> Fellaini
    B) Benteke -> Lambert
    C) Bale -> Cazorla/Hazard
    D) something else/save transfer

    Thanks for any advice!

    Posted this earlier but just looking for a few more opinions on this proposed transfer plan. Thoughts appreciated. Anything missing. Plan can change if Afro fires against Newcastle

    GW22: Silva > Bale for QPR away

    GW23: Bale > Caz which means tripling up on Arse for the DGW

    GW24 Wildcard

    Bego (Bunn)

    Baines Walker Davies (Cuellar Shorey)

    Walcott Silva Michu Punch (Sterling)

    RVP (c) Suarez Pod

    3.1 in the bank. 0 FT

    It's now soon time to turn our attention to the darts... what a bloody year of sport we've had in 2012. Superb stuff.

    I fancy Taylor. Think Barney has psychologically put a handicap upon himself.

    My cup is, I think, a tie. And we have the same no of goals.

    I have a stupid question. How are the least no of goals calculated? Is it just for the defenders and the keeper? Or the whole team?

    Is there any chance Gerrard and/or Ba picking up baps? If so, how many you reckon?

    I've got a one point lead in my H2H........could be a draw?

    Somewhat of a defensive crisis with Mert, Davies and now Enrique in the sick bay. Heading in to gw20 with Cuellar and O'brien as my only fit defenders. Could be playing an early wc afterall...

      Not for sick defenders you shouldn't. You should value the WC more than seven or eight points.

    Having a captaincy headache.

    My team...

    Howard (Cerny)
    Cameron-Caulker-McAuley (Hangeland, Lichaj)
    Mata-Michu-Fellaini-Snodgrass-Oscar
    RVP-Aguero (Benteke)

    Thinking of Mata, but there's plenty of tasty options. Help!
