        Baines is so so so overrated and overpriced on here. Do not waste your money on him.

        Gibbs is a decent shout but don't expect a clean sheet vs Soton away, Saints will score. His attacking potential more than makes up for it though and was unlucky not to score vs Newcastle.

        Also consider, Evans, Rafael (now that he's back), Cahill and Walker.

        Budget punt: Luke Shaw.

    Here is my plan. I want to start playing a 3-5-2, especially as Ba may lose appeal as an FPL prospect. Opinions? Advice?

    If Fellaini is set to rise before the next FT, I will take a 8pt hit for Berb > Pog & Sterling > Fellaini (and extra 0.5m)

        It'll go down even more. More packs will be opened due to Team of the Year coming out therefore the quantity of every normal player will go up which will reduce prices.

        The market is dropping however - Team of the Year cards are released on Jan 7th. Everyone sells their team/opens packs to try an get these cards. The market becomes saturated and player values drop by 40/50% - it's happened for the last few years. Best plan is to sell ASAP and buy your team back for almost half the value towards late January - that way you get your old team back and pocket the remainder.

            Falcao is a great in form (black card) to get! It's all luck of the draw to be honest - packs are rarely worth opening. Trading of high value players is the best way to make profit, then buy the informs with your coins.

        Nice squads, I have similar but like to make Hybrid squads of different leagues (whilst maintaining 100% chem). For example Bale goes for 70k ish now, by mid To late Jan I'd expect him to be 40/50k. Remember about 5% sellers tax but its definitely worth it. I've sold mine, am playing with a budget team and have banked 1.2m. I'd expect to buy my teams back for 700k tops.

            3-5-2 or 3-4-1-2 - both sound like they would leave you exposed at the back but the former is extremely solid and both offer numbers up top that mean you can dominate in the opponents half for almost the entire game. Brazilian links with Premier League players like Luiz and Ramires opens up adding players like Neymar and Dede - two complete tanks of the game!

      Won't change in time to affect fpl points. Once the goal was given officially to Ruiz it takes the Dubious Goals Panel to change it, and that won't happen in time to affect fpl points.

      Once a guy goes from red back to normal on his player status he doesnt accrue transfers in or out for the next 10 days so cant change price.

      It doesn't seem to be clear-cut, but I think if a player is flagged due to a suspension then their price would fall as normal. Injured players need a higher percentage of transfers out (150% I think) for the change to happen.

      Take this with a pinch of salt, just speaking from experience.
