Better late than never, our ninety seventh episode of the ScoutCast delivers another 45 minutes of mirth, plus injury time.

With the Professor otherwise engaged, it’s left to Jonty to provide backup to myself and Granville, arriving to deliver another β€œFully Jonty” – the first to feature a community victim.

Doosra’s Fantasy fortunes come under the microscope, revealing a penchant for bandwagons and knee jerk transfers. Nevertheless, we try to go easy on the experienced campaigner, rounding things off with the extraordinary tale of the Doosra rescuing Jonty’s dog. True story.

That treat rounds off an episode that includes all the usual regulars, including our rinse through the forthcoming double Gameweek which Granville insists on placing within inverted commas: the weirdo.

      I've been agonising over this. Gerrard is on pens, gets an extra point for a goal and an extra point for a clean sheet but Suarez more likely to score. It's a toss up, really.

    Mignolet to Reina for -4? (yup.. still undecided)
    Got my other WC available to remove reina for a cheapo later on(GW 31 onwards hopefully) and get cuellar for sunderland coverage.. lets me have 11 players next week and surely reina will outscore Migs(ARS) by 4 points this week right? even a 1 point difference will be a success for me.. kinda like the look of havin a pool defender(gk) long term too as i want zabaleta as my expensive defender and not enrique/gj

    can't belive that i already made trasnfers

    i would defenitly get rid of Ming and get Vorm in if i didnt was pissed about my low scoring gw and pull transfers while City vs Liverpool match was on

    Am I right in thinking that Sissoko will start to rise from Saturday night?
    Alot of people are considering Michu > Sissoko (as am I) but are not yet decided
    How quickly do we think Sissoko will rise?
    0.3 before Michu's second game
    Surely its worth holding off and not chasing cash at this stage?

      It depends on what price did you get Michu at and whether or not you plan to bring him again imo. I bought him at 7.3 so now I can sell him for 7.8. Then, if I want to bring him again I ll lose 0.6 with his current price. So for me its either keep or sell and not bring back

        That's the 2 i'm torn between atm tbh.. Small part of me says Bertrand will play next week(Away to City so they may double up defensively) and the replacement i want for GJ in A) would be Zabaleta(Chelsea @ home) so they may get the same pitiful score.. makes teh suarez punt then switch to aguero very temptin

      Your bench is nowhere near strong enough to play with 4 or 5 DGW's...Not only will you play with nine or ten in the second week but three of the players are unlikely to do much anyway....I'd even be tempted to go with just two...

      but looking at your bench, Bertrand and Guthrie is not guaranteed to play right now, so... save FT would be good option, too.
