The ScoutCast emerges from under the duvet, Lemsip soaked and coughing and spluttering its way towards a century of episodes. After a two-week break, the full crew are assembled as Granville joins me to celebrate his Gameweek victory, Professor Chris Atkinson returns from the slopes to charge up his “Rate My Team” computer and Jonty chips in with another community-powered “Full Jonty”.

Around this we discuss the unlikely scenario of selling on Robin, give our Scout League leaders a shout-out, analyse the transfer ins and outs in “All Aboard” and look ahead to the weekend’s programme.

The “Full Jonty” rounds things off as “Ginkapo” gets the treatment, prompting a love-in with a certain Serbian left-back.

    With no news about the Manchester teams GW29 matches being rescheduled for that week (they are within 2 weeks now which is the obligatory period for it to be announced therefore no news means unlikely to be rescheduled for that week) means we have 8 teams very likely not to play GW29.

    Fair to say I am in trouble. Especially with Cuellar and Guthrie as back ups seemingly not in favour. Looks like 9 players not going to start, and no attackers!!! What should I do?

    The main saving grace to next week is it seems most people are in the same boat for GW29. I am 2nd place in mini league with only 7-8 outfield players for next week, but then so is the leader.

      My theory is that there's a spare date set aside for the cup QF replays. If either Manchester team and Wigan are spared a replay then that is when they will be scheduled. If repays are required, then they will be later. So we won't know for a while yet.

      after looking at citys fixture i think gw 29 midweek is the only option, because the other gws have only 3-4-5 days rests which make it almost impossible to fit in. the only other option i see is inbetween the 2nd last and final season game but surely they won't wait that long.

      plus barnsley they'll probly put out a weaker side anyway which ends up being perfect without having more fixture congestion later on.

      You have to assume they're not going to be re-arranged for that midweek. To announce them now is allowing fans very little time to plan for what will be midweek games.

        A) My best patch was over christmas when I took a hit every week.
        B) My "overpriced" defenders are producing points week in week out, which is abnormal on here.
        C) I had Kolarov for longer than 12 weeks, I had for a few weeks earlier in the season too....

        But yes there are a lot of issues in my team. 😎

    Have said all week Ill wait till Friday till I change my team....well Friday is 1 hour away and I still dont bloody know what to do. RVP and Dzeko/Fell out are the most sensible choices, I now this. BUT, ditching RVP is scary and my heart is telling me to keep Dzeko and Fell because they could score big, even though they probably wont even play.

    Man U, Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton, Wigan, Fulham look like all blanks for GW29.

    I have 7 missing here (team linked). With Cuellar (why is he not playing) and Guthrie out of favour, looks like I have 9 players missing for GW 29 (1 GK, 2 DF, 3 MF, 3 FW).

    Currently I can field 1 GK, 3 DF, 2 MF, O FW. That means I need to make 5 changes (2 FT + 12 point hit) to field 11 (ASSUMING no further injuries and Bunn is still No.1!!).

    Anyone else in such a bad position? And what would you do if you had my team?

    I'm currently ranked 112,258 on 1,470 points; I'm aiming for a top 10,000 finish. Not sure if this is still doable? Whats the best I can hope for?
