The ScoutCast emerges from under the duvet, Lemsip soaked and coughing and spluttering its way towards a century of episodes. After a two-week break, the full crew are assembled as Granville joins me to celebrate his Gameweek victory, Professor Chris Atkinson returns from the slopes to charge up his “Rate My Team” computer and Jonty chips in with another community-powered “Full Jonty”.

Around this we discuss the unlikely scenario of selling on Robin, give our Scout League leaders a shout-out, analyse the transfer ins and outs in “All Aboard” and look ahead to the weekend’s programme.

The “Full Jonty” rounds things off as “Ginkapo” gets the treatment, prompting a love-in with a certain Serbian left-back.

      Huh, those would be the two ideal replacements. Cisse or Benteke? Maybe Fletcher? Not really a lot of exciting alternatives out there who have fixtures both weeks besides Lambert and Suarez. Sturridge would work if you think he'll recover from his knock.

        With 101m budget, it picks 11 players who are the most likely to score the most. Rooney's price would take away points from other areas of the team. You can't argue with a computer 😉

    If you had to bet money on it now, would you guess the chelsea/man united/others doule gmeweeks would be:

    a) Before the Arsenal double.
    b) Same gameweek as Arsenal double
    c) After Arsenal double.

      I imagine you could get a decent guess by looking at all the clubs fixtures in all competitions and seeing when they have no other obligations. Too much work for me though, sorry, I have no idea off the top of my head.

      Either b) or c) I believe, mainly because of the Monday night fixtures:

      gw 31 Fulham vs QPR
      gw 32 United vs City
      gw 33 City vs WBA
      gw 34 United vs Villa

      If United beat Real they'll be playing the quarter finals on April 2nd and 9th, that is in weeks 31 and 32.

      The FA Cup semi finals are April 13 and 14, gw 33.

      Maybe they could squeeze something in gw 30, but who knows?

      He won't start. United can win without him. Rooney and Hernandez are fit, I think he will start them with Welbeck rested also for the Madrid game.

      IMO it really depends. I've done Demel + afro to Enrique + Sissoko for a hit two Weeks ago and have also gotten bale and Walcott for their hattricks and i've also had a couple poor his that ive forgotten about

    I will probably dump RVP before the deadline but doing it tonight for the sake of 0.1 is crazy. Last year, I had between 2 and 4 million sloshing around in the bank for about the last 6 GWs.

    The time for worrying about cash is over. It's all about the points now boys. Those mini-leagues don't win themselves, ya gotta work it baby.

      You will be able to get VP back in. It'll just take a 4 point hit on any given GW that you chose.
      If Utd progress in the CL you may not want him back anyway.

    Just back from poker,140 euro richer, crap hands most of night, the hit some crackers, heads up my buddy went all in on a Q high flush, amazingly I had 8/6 full house by the turn, luck really helps, nice to just sit back and relax now 😉

        No, hate it, don't care what people say, the number of sites I have been on constantly throw up crazy flops, and outcomes, won two nice tournaments, totaled over near 400 for small stakes, aside from that I found palying good percentage poker didn't seem to work. Much prefer playing it real, and do pretty well.

          I agree, i get so angry online and want to smash my laptop against the wall! i play pokerstars i'll win quite abit then lose it all in an instant, so i go through stages of playing for a couple of days then not for months.

        I remember having Bosingwa for 30 weeks when Chelsea first bought him...at Christmas he was top scoring player and when he got injured he was still top defender...but he's been useless ever since

    RVP -> Suarez about to be done.

    Is the problem that the cancelled gwk 29 match for Utd could be moved to midweek therefore been played in the same gameweek?

    If I knew 100% that was off I wouldn't mind doing it..
