TotelFootball – Free Champions League Pool Still Open

A fortnight ago we arranged a deal with the guys at TotelFootball, setting up a free to play “Private Pool” in their game to allow our visitors to try it out. Entry to that pool is still open and, with the top four scores from now until the end of the tournament used to calculate the winners, there’s still all to play for with a 16GB Apple iPad 3 Retina Display worth £399 up for grabs, along with 2013/14 FFS memberships for the top three.

In addition to the FFS Private Pool, any Scouter who registers with TotelFootball will get a free £10 in their account, with no deposit required, so you can try out the Main Pool game. This means you can play TotelFootball’s Main Pool game for free for the rest of the Champions League tournament, with a chance to compete against the top TotelFootball managers for the weekly prize, whilst also fighting it out in the Fantasy Football Scout Private Pool.

The FFS Private Pool – Current Standings

“jkane89” is the current leader of the Fantasy Football Scout Private Pool, amassing no less than 76 points in the last round of matches. Doubling up on Porto’s defence, he also fetched heavy returns from the likes of Milan midfield duo Kevin Prince Boateng and Stephan El Shaarawy. His lead at the top is narrow, however, with “DLL18” just a single point behind on 75 – he too benefited from Porto’s defence with Helton in goal, whilst Joao Moutinho’s 10-point haul also provided a boost, along with Toni Kroos contribution against Arsenal.

“DLL18” also chose to back his expertise the Main Pool game and his 75-points total won him £99 for a £2 stake. If only “jkane89” shared his foresight. Ouch!

      I might do it with Suarez, as long as you don't expect to need to make any transfers for GW30 other than bringing RVP in for free (and as long as you will ahve the cash to do it).
