Peaks and troughs – every Fantasy season has them and, this week, we revel in the Professor’s major trough in a futile attempt to break the man. After Robin Van Persie issues the boffin a spanking, the Professor shows his mettle by taking it on the chin. Admirable stuff.

While we’d have gladly devoted this entire episode to such gloating, we do manage to squeeze in the regulars, whilst Jonty turns up with more community gold: the tale of a globe trotting Fantasy manager who takes his advice off Frankfurt clubbers and QPR fans, whilst trying to figure out the Russian phrase for “please, wireless, I’m desperate – I have Djibril Cisse up front!”.

By the way, the Professor isn’t the only one who can take criticism on the chin. Granville and I want some feedback on the ScoutCast and my co-host has worked on a short survey to get your views. Take five minutes to help us out while you listen in via this link.

      2) enrique -> clichy
      3) fellaini -> bale(c)
      4) suarez -> tevez
      5) berba -> lukaku

      as these player have good fixtures this wk also i think the hits of yours and mine should pay off !!!

                I know it's all in people's head,it's a mental thing. The thought of your (c) returning a blank early in the GW sets you up badly and ruin your experience as you want low scoring games too nullify other people's (c) choices.

                RVP is a different prospect to Tevez though,but agreed he would of got the nod if it was an early k.o

        Fat Spanish waiter rotation still remains.Imo Mata/hazard will both see 180 mins in DGW unless game is sown up.they need the win.its a 6 pt game against spurs.

      He also might get rested in the 2nd leg. It's a good sign for Mata this week at least. DGW = random although hard opponents = more chance both start. Lampard playing confuses things more.

      My guess is they both start at the weekend as Hazard only played 70 min.

      Benitez can now bench them home to Basel, so there is a good chance both will play both games in the dgw

    What is the view on taking hits for DGW defenders?

    I currently have 5 DGW mids and that's all I have.

    No City coverage either, which worries me as I think my main rival will have Clichy/Nastasic/Tevez.

        Lambert has WBA at home this week and Berbatov RDG at home next week so I'm reluctant to sell either. And with 5 DGW mids this would pretty much leave RvP to a City striker the only option, which seems risky as well.

          Jumping to conclusions a bit I think. More likely to be on the bench in one of the games just for experience of linking up with the squad. If they give gametime to a youngster its more likely to be Powell or Lingard.
