As a part of my girlfriends psychology PhD project, a survey of 650 people shows that 72% of people who spend more than an hour on any one particular forum refer to google/wikipedia atleast twice a day on average before posting on that forum due to the mental high they get from being thought of a smart person (reputation) on the forum. reminds me of quite a few on here lol (excuse that long complicated sentence). i think its rather interesting.
