Am I correct in the assumption that Lukaku will rise to a maximum value of 7.9 before the next deadline?
He has risen once already this week and will rise again tonight to 7.8.
My understanding is that a player can rise a maximum of 0.3 per week. If so, it might be best to wait on getting him until after the international games are played. Less risky should your squad incur injuries, and he'll still be a bargain at 7.9.Open Controls- Falling stars update

Its not so much Rooney I have issue with but United in general, they look poor, all over the park they are nowhere near their usual selves.
