How long can you keep a bottle of Merlot for with a screw cap once it's been opened before it goes bad?

In gist, the owner,Vincent Tan has sacked the clubs head of recruitment and replaced him with a 23 year old mate of his son who's only experience of football comes from Football Manager.

Also, it appears that he asked Malky Mackay to resign but he refused. I suppose this is the same guy who changed the team's colours so writing was always on the wall!

I have Mignolet and Boruc since the start of the season, but now they tend to have their home fixtures on the same weeks, so I might need to shuffle things a bit to avoid the selection headache. It's really an issue from GW10 though, so I might repost this a couple of times : )

A) Keep Mignolet and Boruc
B) Boruc -> 4.0, play Mignolet every game, save 0.6
C) Boruc -> McGregor, play Mignolet almost every time, tougher games like eve, tot, mci, che use McGregor who has CPL, STO, MUN, FUL those weeks, save 0.1
D) Mignolet -> McGregor, rotate them so I get the fixture list of SUN, HUL, CPL, LIV, AVL, MCI or swa, STO, TOT or wba, MUN or car, FUL, also save 1.1
