The Gameweek begins in South London where a beleaguered Crystal Palace, bruised by a Monday night battering at the hands of Fulham and stripped of their manager, look to make a recovery. Sadly for them, they’re facing the league leaders: an Arsenal side brimming with goals and creativity. Hardly a hangover cure.

While the Gunners come into today’s game from their own defeat, the 2-1 setback to Dortmund is unlikely to have caused too many tremours in an Emirates camp that appears to be oozing confidence. Arsene Wenger may have looked to rest a few of his name players for today’s visit to Selhurst Park but decides against it, fielding his expected lineup as Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky drop to the bench to allow Santi Cazorla and Mathieu Flamini to make returns.

In contrast, Palace ring the changes. Monday’s defeat and Ian Holloway’s subsequent departure has led to caretaker boss, Kieth Millen, to make no less than six alterations, bringing in Danny Gabbidon, Kagisho Dikgacoi, Barry Bannan, Jerome Thomas, Ardlene Guedioura and Marouane Chamakh. Jose Campana drops out of the squad, while Adrian Mariappa, Stuart O’Keefe, Yannick Bolasie, Jason Puncheon and Dwight Gayle are all benched.

Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open to cover your real-time requirements during this early kick-off and will remain so, right up until the final whistle in the day’s final encounter.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

There really was nothing but pride and vigilance on their side. Arsenal have yet to fail to score away and Crystal Palace have yet to keep a clean sheet at home. That was a pretty damning stat. But like all things, it eventually regresses to the mean. I think we are seeing the regression back today.

Arsenal fans have seen this game before. "Losing" to a team with nothing but pride to lose. It seems once Arsenal have some real nice stats on their side, not failing to score away, opponents haven't kept a clean sheet at home, with an away goals scored average of 2.25, thye just fall apart.

Those Ramsey fouls are the flip side of his decent tackle stats.

Today he has 0 tackles and 3 fouls, which means he's already lost a bps point. If he gets booked for the next foul, he'll lose 2 more bps points.

Clear that Arsenal are missing Theo Walcott. His pace and wing play stretches the game allowing those in the centre to prosper. Too narrow.

Not having Ramsey based on high ownership is absurd.

Each week it's your target to get the highest score possible based on the funds you have.

Just get rid of Ramsey when he stops scoring - simple as.

I`ll probably get a lot of stick for this, but i really still dont rate Ramsey. Yes its amazing the amount of goals he`s scored and on that merit alone he`s by definition "class", but so many of the choices and decisions he makes to me seem very poor.
