Our weekly regular for Members is rolled out again this evening, offering an in-depth statistical analysis of the main captaincy contenders for the Gameweek ahead. Strong home games for City and Everton look tempting, while Liverpool and Arsenal pay visit to a couple of the promoted clubs over the weekend:

    A) Terry or Ivanovic
    B) Mig or Szczesny (have G.Johnson)

      C) Koscielny and Cech?

Cech is cheaper than your Chelsea boys and Kos is cheaper than your Keepers.

I'd go Terry and Ming of your options though.

Rambo has played better and scored more when playing in the double pivot as he is now. There is the potential that he will occasionally be rested, but I don't think that he is competing with anyone - he's been so good that he will be the first name on the teamsheet.

Now Big Cup games have finished, I'll repost.

    Evening all.

Third week running I've had 2FT, so maybe now is the time to do some surgery. Scoring well, but not that well. Captains are saving the day at the moment.

    Boruc | Davis
    Baines | Terry | Chico | Clyne | Burner
    Ozil | Sess| Ramsey | Barkley | Ravel
    Suarez | Aguero | Lukaku

    2FT 2.6m

I've got an 8 pointer in mind to set myself up for a mid of Wally, Haz & Silva in the near future. A step back to go forward.

    Baines | Chico | Ozil | Barkley --> Johnson | Gabbidon | Hazard | Oscar

Gives me the exact cash for Sess to Walcott at sometime (if all things remain equal) & I might ditch Johnson for Mert once Arsenal get past their two hard fixtures immediately before Liverpool enter their two hard games.

Would mean this 3x1 def rotation of (CAR|CPL|SOT) through to GW24.

    nor | WHM | CAR | WBA | NEW | SOT | SUN | NOR | WHM | STO | HUL | NOR

    Any opinions gladly received.

I'd appreciate any input on my move this gw.

I got 1 FT and I've been thinking of Giroud (car) to Rooney (tot).

After last weekend, and given this gw fixtures, maybe I should hold.. or maybe even not bother and bank it?

Otherwise I could swap out Stockdale, Januzaj or Amalfitano. Otherwise I'm 100% settled on the rest of my team.

I had Ward earlier this year...he didn't do anything (never over 2 pts.), got hurt and missed 2 games, came back...earned 16 pts. in 7 matches. 12 of those pts. in last 2. 14 BPS in those 2 matches as well, but only 23 BPS total in the previous 5 before that. Zero Bonus on the season.

I'm not seeing that he's better than Gabbidon, not that there's much between them. 16 pts. last 2 matches for The Don, 24 BPS last 4 matches, which equals Ward's output too. But, this is key, 2 Bonus last week...(3 on the season).

So no Wayne Rooney on the front of Manchester Utd 2014 calandar..Can we read much into this?..I'm worried now that Aspas isn't on the front of ours 😐

Well you wouldn't want Rooney or Suarez on the front anyway.

Three possibilities to try and redeem a failing season

            1) Remy & Williams to Evans & Rooney

            2) Amalfitano & Januzaj to Walcott & Pozuelo

            3) Chester & Januzaj to Zabaleta & Hernandez

            Current team

            Mignolet, Davis
            Terry, Mertesacker, Williams, Clyne, Chester
            Hazard, Coutinho, Ramsey, Amalfitano, Januzaj,
            Suarez, Aguero, Remy

            which move looks best ??

What should I do with this mess?

              Boruc

              Terry, Ryan Bennett, Toure

              Oscar, Yaya, Ramsey, Barkley

              Rooney, Remy, Suarez (C)

              Speroni Townsend Clyne Davies.

I want to get rid of Rooney for Aguero, but is it worth it? I want to get rid of Barkley for Ravel, but is it also worth it? Is the main issue Kolo Toure, who isn't nailed on?

            A) Double Chelsea def (Terry and Cahill/Ivan) + double Arse mids (Wally and Ramsey)
            or
            B) Split with one def and one mid from each team?

I already have Terry, Oscar and Ramsey, leaning heavily towards A atm 😕
