Once again, Paddy Power have laid on another enhanced market for the weekend’s matches – this time around, our bookmaker friends are dangling odds of 3/1 for Man City to beat Arsenal at the Etihad in tomorrow’s lunchtime kick-off for those yet to register an account with them.

Bearing in mind that the regular odds of Manuel Pellegrini’s men winning for their eighth match in a row in front of their own fans is 4/5, this looks a standout deal for those yet to sign up with Paddy. If you don’t have an account and fancy a piece of the action, click here to join up and take advantage of the offer.

If you’ve already got an account with Paddy, you can still benefit from the Money Back Special on the Etihad match. Paddy are offering refunds on all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score and Scorecast bets should Olivier Giroud score anytime during the game.

To clarify, the City enhanced odds specials are limited to a £10 stake, are open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditions specified.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

    @TheScouts!! I need a FPL genius..

    I think I've seen this explained before, but can someone explain this to me.....

    Having seen the RVP/Rooney news... I was considering Aguero > Rooney.

    This isn't about Aguero vs Rooney - I think Rooney takes 90% of Utd points, and they've got the fixtures, so I'm tempted.

    BUT - I bought Aguero at £11.4m. and he is now £12.5m.

    My logic suggests selling him would be disastrous, because I couldn't afford to buy him back in 6 weeks time.

    Is selling him disastrous, considering the way the profit works? Or am I completely wrong?

        This isn't an Aguero vs Rooney question.. just want the sell-on profit thing explained. You only get half, so surely you shouldn't sell if you want to buy them back?

      So you're selling at 11.9 right?

      You can afford to bring him back, but you'll have to downgrade somewhere else and find that extra money which could be as high as a £1m by then if he keeps rising.

      Do you really think Rooney will outscore Aguero that much?

        Interesting way of putting it...

        I just think that:

        United have - avl WHM hul nor TOT SWA

        City have - ARS ful LIV CPL swa new

        Rooney will get all of United's points in some very good games. He could explode.
        Aguero's points will be shared with team mates (Negredo/Yaya/Nasri etc) in good, but not great fixtures.

          Roo - 3 good, 2 average, 1 bad

          Sergio - 3 good, 1 average, 2 bad.

          I'll stick. Come on KUN!

      in the same boat here and selling him would be a problem, however it depends on your strategy, some FMs are very good at swapping players around to catch the trends rather than buy and hold

      Yes it will cost you more in 6 weeks but could can always move things around with the Jan WC and buy him back. I have all 3 so I don't have to pick but if I didn't I'd rather have Rooney for now

        I think I might leave it. You're right about the WC.. but I've currently got the opportunity to have Aguero for the rest of the season, with it costing me only £11.4m.

        My desire for Rooney is short term. I guess he may outscore Aguero, but not by huge amounts.. and in terms of value, they're roughly the same price based on my buying price.

    Hi everyone, whats my best option here?:
    A) Chico---> M. Olsson
    B) Sess.---> Barkley (Would mean I'd have to play Ward away to Chelsea)

    Cheers lads 🙂
