Having tempted us with a deal on Cityโ€™s clash with Arsenal yesterday, Paddy Power have again laid on another enhanced market for the weekendโ€™s matches. Today, our bookmaker friends are dangling odds of 5/1 for Tottenham to continue their recent resurgence and beat Liverpool at the Lane for those yet to register an account with them.

When you consider that the regular odds of Andre Villas-Boasโ€™ side defeating the Reds is just 6/4, this looks a standout deal for those yet to sign up with Paddy. If you donโ€™t have an account and fancy a piece of the action, click to join up and take advantage of the offer.

If youโ€™ve already got an account with Paddy, you can still benefit from the Money Back Special on the White Hart Lane encounter. Paddy are offering refunds on all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score and Scorecast bets should Luis Suarez score the final goal of the game.

To clarify, the Tottenham enhanced odds specials are limited to a ยฃ10 stake, are open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditions specified.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Powerโ€™s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

Ozil overpriced, Oscar rotationmuch, Nasri only when Aguero's out.

When Aguero's back Wally will be 2nd.

      Ideal Midfield:

      Hazard
      Ozil/Wally
      Silva/Yaya
      Ramsey
      Morrison

That is my opinion, obviously picking between Silva and Yaya, and Ozil and Wally.

I'm guessing at 52. With Ramsey and Yaya getting steady points. If Suarez goes a little mad it will boost it up.

    One Direction ?
Anyone that knows me will wonder have I lost the plot ,
I normally don't encourage hits but I'm in a pickle , I've made good headway in the last few gw up to 325k now with mostly greens along the way , a sensible player conservative at the best of times .
A lot of teams have narrowed in to around the same 7/8 core players so IMO ground will be difficult to make up .
But not we have the re-emergence of 2 quality FPL players , Walcott and Silva both priced at 9.1 (for now ) and coupled with Agueros injury and the festive season in full effect now most of us have reached a Dilema especially taking hits with the winter Wc around the corner , with that in mind I'm asking are guys prepared to take hits to crowbar in silva/Walcott and as most have a trio of arsenal players is it Ozil/Ramsey the one to make way ?
What direction are you taking your team in ?

I don't mind, I've realised he's my differential in all the teams I see. Not many, or any have Ramsey, Ozil and Walcott as I do. It's not like they swap Ozil for Hazard either, it's more like swap him for Morrison or Barkley or Whittingham.

Season keeper for me, he's not playing well and still getting consistent points.

I am not sure whether I will do Aguero --> Rooney

Looking at some alternatives and their returns in last 5 games:

    Lukaku: 13, 6, 5, 5, 5 = 34 points in 5 games = 6.8 ppg
    Remy: 9, 5, 2, 2, 2 = 20 points in 5 games = 4.0 ppg (slump??)
    Negredo: 10,6, -, 2, 6 = 24 points in 4 games he played = 6.0 ppg (potential rotation risk)
    Rodriguez: 2,6,7, 2, 8 = 25 points in 5 games = 5.0 ppg
    Chakmakh: 1, 2, 9, 9, 5= 26 points in 5 games = 5.2 ppg - he is on 4 YC!!

next games until end of WC period:

    Lukaku: 17swa 18SUN 19SOU 20sto 21NOR 22wba 23liv
    Remy: 17cry 18STO 19ARS 20wbo 21MCI 22whu 23nor

First time post, seriously need some advice please:

    Is Migs / Brady / Lamps / Aguero > Gazzaniga / Silva / Walcott / Lukaku worth a 12 point hit?

I have the exact funds to do this so can't afford any price rises, which will be no doubt be coming.

    Current team:

    Migs (Davies)
    Coleman Distin Chester MTurner Gabbidon
    Hazard Ramsey Lampard Brady januzaj
    Suarez Rooney Aguero

People will say no as its 12 points but you are replacing 3 problematic outfield players with 3 quality options. It will hurt this week but should be worth it up to January.

      Thanks guys.

The plan with the keeper was to upgrade him in the Jan WC when boruc is back.

      I should add I could just do Brady & Aguero > Silva/Walcott & Lukaku for a -4.

But then which one Silva - suspension risk vs no city coverage? Walcott likely to rise more.

When we were struggling, we had sold Song and RvP, and Cazorla, Podolski and Giroud (key members back then) had just come in. I can't see where Man U can expect to find sudden improvement. Ferdiandnd, RVP and Carrick (their stars last season) are another year lord and struggling.

I meant normally new players coming in take about 6 months to settle, so that could explain why Arsenal were able to improve over the second half of the season. Whereas I don't see how Man au will be able to suddenly improve. Unless they can buy 3 world class midfielders in January, which is nearly impossible. Everton and Liverppol are also a lot better than they used to be.

Because I look at it and think "oh its Man Utd against Villa, Utd should win".

The same kind of thinking that leads to us expecting our premium defenders to get clean sheets at home to the likes of Palace, Norwich and West Ham.

I have both Oscar and Hazard after a successful Gerrard to Oscar last week. Is it worth removing one of them for Silva/Walcott for a hit as part of an Aguero extraction strategy?

If so, given that Oscar was only given 30 mins yesterday, do we think he is pretty nailed on until the WC?

Negredo owners / potential buyers. City schedule:

    Dec 21: Fulham A
    Dec 26: Liverpool H
    Dec 28: palace H

Worried he won't start vs palace ie the match you want him to?

Surely wont play all 3 whereas lukaku probs will.
