Was going to do two simple transfers:
Simpson > Luiz
Foley > Djourou
Do those transfers seem ok? Any better ones come to mind?

I went with RVP (over Drogba).
But Lampard could be a better choice, as he'll definitely play close to 180 minutes.
Iam having same problem. I got it om Lamps at the moment. The problem is Chelsea arent in form. RVP has scored big haul against the bottom teams. Though everytime Arsenal score RVP has been involved. Tough.
Though Liverpool away record is quite poor.
But Wenger won't play him 180 minutes, or even close.
It'll be 1 start, and 1 sub appearance.

Wenger played him for 90 mins against Blackburn last week 3 days after he was stretchered off holding his knee in a Holland match. He knows he can't afford to rest RVP

If you mean bringing in the latter pair, then yes. . .
Coleman is injured (I think) and Suarez isn't likely to outscore Carroll.

hi guys, http://www.ratemyteam.co.uk just been updated to take into account the parker injury and market opinions. These include bringing down Chelsea's attacking players and boosting their defensive players to make the numbers more inline with the market. We have also brought down Everton slightly because of their depleted squad and boosted expected goals in the tottenham arsenal derby. These are all suggested in the current market prices.
Interestingly, these changes bring van Persie slightly closer to Lampard for captaincy choice. So check out our captain page;

Just i don't like to use those numbers to make decisions without knowing where they come from!
We're planning on adding an about section soon. Basically it's the result of a lot of statistical analysis and modelling, hard work and in-depth player research. Lots of factors including opposition, chance of starting, chance of sub, assist likelihoods, goal likelihoods, clean sheet probabilities (basically simplistic models for everything goes in- think the only thing we're missing at the moment is penalty saves!!). I've got to shoot now- 5-a-side footy but I will endeavour to add that about page. Cheers.

I never care about my ranking before the end of the game week,its futile and makes no difference.
What matters is what your rank is once Auto subs are done and the game week is over.

I know it means next to nothing BUT looking at VDV’s stats, he scored against Everton/Villa/Fulham/Blackburn in the home and away fixtures, and failed to score against West Ham/United in the home and away fixtures, he scored and assisted against Arsenal at the Emirates and picked up 3 BP’s, I wonder can he do the same this weekend? Just coincidence? Probably, but it seems if he does well against a team early season, he does well in the corresponding fixture.

I debated the same move last night, but cant commit to it, I am currently going into the week without any Chelsea attacking players, only Terry and Luiz, I was not convinced by Chelsea on Tuesday night (who was?) and I don't think there is going to be a drastic change in that all of a sudden, but, Nani has a very high chance of being rested on Tuesday if he plays today - which I fully expect he will, so you could be laughing with Nani's 0 or 1 point for coming on and Malouda's 4-6 minimum

luiz (c), djourou (injury doubt), coleman (injury doubt) - subs samba and huth (not playing). have already brought in cech this week, but have 1.5 million in bank. don't know if should make a second transfer - already have 3 chelsea and 3 gunners, no birmingham though
