He's made some mistakes in terms of transfers + he obviously doesn't yet have the motivational skills that Fergie did. Will personally just wait till the end of the season to judge. Open ControlsYou don't see too many traditional wingers these days. A majority are inside forwards and the full-backs provide width, we've yet to change from the 'old fashioned' system and playing a bog standard 4-4-2 really isn't helping.

In theory, it seems much more exciting having a CM to sit next to Carrick and playing Kagawa, Rooney, Janujaz behind RVP but you need to re-educate the squad as they've been playing like that for their whole careers (those who have been at United anyway) so it's very difficult.
