What are your views on DGWs where one of the teams has 1 (or 2) bad fixtures? For example, when Sunderland have their DGW due to the postponement of their City game, is it still worth investing in them? Or should we treat it as a single GW since one of their games will be against City, with a possibility for negative points from their defenders?

If you think that there is only 1 realistic possibility of a clean of the 2 games it is probably not worth a transfer as you could just play someone you already have on your team. Seems to only make sense to use a transfer on a defender for a DGW if you think there is a good chance at two cleans. Would normally prefer to use transfers for attackers.

So valentines day tomorrow day tomorrow. Because I work nights and 4 days on 4 days off I am at work for most occasions (birthdays etc) for most of this year. So I am making a 3 course meal tomorrow night. I am sure we have some Masterchefs on here so what suggestions do you have. My main course is going to be Sirloin Steak which has a Porcini mushroom rub and homemead chunky chips. I need a starter and a dessert really. Hopefully not too unhealthy

Soup is easy for the starter (roasted butternut squash with paprika and cumin would be nice) as the main will be heavy. A salad with a oil, mustard and balsamic vinegar dressing would work too. Maybe for dessert you could do something you can make ahead if time and serve quickly like chocolate mousse
