Gameweek 27 concludes with three matches that address both title ambitions and relegation concerns.

Liverpool’s credentials as title challengers will come under the spotlight as they clash with Swansea at Anfield. The visitors come into the game potentially leg weary after their fine performance against Napoli in the Europa League on Thursday. In contrast, Brendan Rodgers side will be fresh and looking build on their last two home appearances which has seen them claim nine goals against the Everton and Arsenal defences.

Elsewhere, Newcastle will be looking to stem the tide of three straight defeats without a goal as they face up to Villa at St James’ Park. Paul Lambert’s side will be seeking to come away from the North East with at least a point to consolidate their position outside of the relegation places.

Events then conclude at Carrow Road, with Norwich battling to keep themselves out of the bottom three and hoping to get a result against a Totteham outfit that struck four goals on their last away trip at Newcastle.

          I think what Moyes needs is Nolan and Carroll. Run down the wing and cross it in. United and Moyes are great at that. All that they are missing are Nolan and Carroll (and maybe Downing) and Moyes plan will be fully on display.

          I don't think they played badly. They looked decent but porous (the same as they have all season). I really don't see any difference between that team today and Laudrup's teams this season. I know it is early and not writing him off but it is very early for the claim that Thomas came out with.....however I probably should remember that it was Thomas who said it so probably best not to take it too seriously.

    Is Suarez getting a second assist? I read on Goal.com Henderson scored from a rebound to Suarez's shot. Is that true?

    Why is Suarez not scoring recently? Is he playing in a different position to the start of the season? I am not talking about when Sturridge was injured. I am talking about the time both were playing and Suarez destroyed Sturridge FPL-wise. Is there a change in tactics?

      Suarez is playing deeper and wider, in a role he has played fairly often.

      Still a threat tbh, but slightly less than when he was on his own. He's still been interchanging and moving centrally every so often
