Premier League Announce New Fixture Dates

Fantasy managers can finally begin to plan in preparation as the season’s six outstanding fixtures were rescheduled by the Premier League earlier today.

Arsenal’s home game with West Ham, initially pencilled in for Saturday April 12 but postponed due to the Gunners’ FA Cup commitments, has been shifted to Tuesday April 15 – thus keeping the fixture within its original Gameweek 34.

There are, however, five double Gameweeks to get our heads around:

Double Gameweek 34 for Everton, Palace, City and Sunderland
Everton’s home game with Palace and City’s Etihad showdown against Sunderland are now set to take place on Wednesday April 16. Both matches were postponed due to the adverse weather conditions earlier in the winter – Everton travel to Sunderland prior to their Goodison match against the Eagles, City make their way to Anfield beforehand, whilst Palace are also at home to Villa.

Double Gameweek 37 for City, Villa, Sunderland, West Brom, Hull and United
United’s home game against Hull, which has also been cancelled as a result of the Tigers’ progress to the last four of the FA Cup, has been moved to Tuesday May 6. This means both clubs have a blank Gameweek 34 but they will instead offer us a double Gameweek 37. Hull also travel to Villa that week, whilst United now have three home fixtures (NOR, SUN &HUL) over Gameweeks 36-37.

Sunderland now have seven fixtures in the final five Gameweeks after their home clash against West Brom was rearranged for Wednesday May 7. Whilst their Gameweek 33-35 schedule is far from appetising (tot, EVI & mci, che), they now have a trio of home fixtures (CAR, mun & WBA, SWA) which could ultimately decide their top-flight fate.

The Baggies have home games with West Ham and Stoke on either side of their double, which also sees them travel to the Emirates before rolling up to Wearside.

City’s home clash against Villa is also set to take place on Wednesday May 7. Like Sunderland, Manuel Pellegrini’s charges play seven time in the last five and a look at that run suggests they will earn significant investment – essentially, from Gameweek 34 onwards, their schedule reads (liv & SUN, WBA, cpl, eve & AVL, WHM). As mentioned above, Villa play host to Hull before travelling to the Etihad but with a trip to Spurs on the final day of the season, many will be looking elsewhere for investment.

Our Season Ticker has now been updated to reflect the new changes in schedules.

Cardiff are easily the worst team in the league defensively.. Lukaku has scored hatricks before. You have to buy a ticket to win the raffle, even if most of the time you don't win it!

Nobody could have helped with your stubbornness.
      Not captaining Hazard was madness.

In hindsight Benteke would have been the best option.

Eriksen > Yaya & Burner > Flanigan (not needed this GW, just spreading hits over two weeks) for -4pts.

    Y or N

    Evra or Coleman for DGW?

I'll have baines too but if Jagielka back thinking it could be beneficial to go double Everton.

Jaf and BBG..Cheers for the reply.
If I Bench Aguero then i will have Azpi (Considering Chambers starts). If Chambers doesn't start then it will be Noone.

So wait on the Aguero to Lukaku move?

Is Nasri a good differential option for the upcoming weeks considering the facts that he scored points against Hull, United, Arsenal etc. in the reverse fixture?

Any advice for my team guys? In particular how to deal with Aguero when I'm already on -8!

    Boruc
    Azpil / Distin / Smalling
    Hazard / Mata / Lallana / Barkley
    Lukaku (c) / Suarez / Aguero

    Davis / Ince / MOlsson / Chester

    0FT (-8), 0.8 in the bank

Anyone going with 3 Everton now they have a DGW in GW34 as well. Tempted to bring in Baines for a -4pt hit this GW in addition to Lukaku and Coleman, in the hope that he'll privde some extra attacking and bonus pts

Regarding Dzeko/Negredo/Lukaku I posted the same question myself earlier today, and the answers were all in favor of Lukaku so I got him
