For Brazil, Fernandinho looks likely to replace the underwhelming Paulinho. Much less likely but possible is Maicon in for Alves and Ramires in for Hulk

For Mexico, Salcido will replace the suspended Vazquez in the only change for Mexico

For Chile, Sampaoli is perhaps expected to turn to Valdivia against Brazil again and change to a back four. So Silva out for Valdivia above. Medel is an injury doubt though, with Sampaoli quoted as saying if the game was today, he wouldn't play.

For Greece, Karnezis is expected to be fine, but Kone is ruled out of the tournament through injury.
https://twitter.com/greekfooty/status/481909960549601280 Samiras replaced Katsouranis in the training session XI, so it's likely to be an unchanged side

    Likely XI:
Karnezis; Torosidis, Sokratis, Manolas, Holebas; Karagounis, Maniatis, Samaris; Salpingidis, Samaras, Lazaros.

For Holland, reports are the Wijnaldum will take the place of De Guzman, and Kuyt to keep his place at left wing-back, with Martin Indi out and Blind shifting to LCB.

    Likely XI:
Cillessen, Janmaat, De Vrij, Vlaar, Blind, Kuyt, Wijnaldum, De Jong, Sneijder, Robben, Van Persie

    For Argentina:
With Aguero out, Maxi Rodriguez will either come in on the right of a 4-4-2, or Lavezzi will in a 4-3-3

For Colombia, Martinez will start over Ibarbo, rest as expected.

    Likely XI:
Ospina, Zúñiga, Zapata, Yepes, Armero; Sánchez, Aguilar, Cuadrado, Rodríguez, Martínez, Gutiérrez

    For Algeria:
Slimani should be in the starting XI upfront, ahead of Soudani. Probably will be the same XI that started the last game, but Bougherra coming in for Belkalem

No sense from #bel coach that WC big impact player Divock Origi will start v #usa. "I'm not blind. He is only 19. His body is not ready."

Lukaku or Mirallas to start then.

This should be the same quote but it seems contradictory.

"All of a sudden everybody says he must play. I'm not blind you know," Wilmots said. "I will use him when I need to use him, when it's time. Today the idea was to allow Divock to rest."

Rested for S. Korea to start vs USA? Who knows...

Right I've been digging for a while now, here's what I got.

        http://www.thehindu.com/sport/football/fifa-2014/wilmots-teen-wonder-origi-cant-play-every-game/article6154219.ece

“I’m not blind,” he told reporters asking why he did not see fit to start with the striker. “He is only 19 I will use him when I need to and when I think he can have a real effect. His body is not yet ready to play every minute.”

Perhaps that's more encouraging after all.

Nice one Beavis. Still hopeful he starts then, Lukaku has shown absolutely nothing.
