With so many of you seeking advice on their teams before August 16, we thought it would prudent to run a daily community article to provide a dedicated focus for “Rate My Team” (RMT) requests.

Each day ahead of the new season, we’ll select one of the Fantasy Football Scout team and post up their own RMT request to open up discussion and encourage others to post their own. We’ll turn the comments over to you to provide a useful place for those seeking advice and highlight some of the key decisions under deliberation.

Please nudge those posting RMTs in other articles to visit this daily RMT article. Also, when posting requests, please remember to be courteous to those who take the time to help out. Equally, if you’re an experienced Fantasy manager with some views on initial line-ups, take time out to dip in and contribute – the Fantasy Football Scout team will be doing their upmost to offer their feedback as the discussion develops throughout the day.

Azpilicueta – Evans – van Aanholt – (Wisdom – Bartley)
Mata – Fabregas – Ramsey – Sterling – Sigurdsson
Rooney – Costa – (Zamora)

Roscola admits his team has a major flaw in that it is potentially benchless. He says though that he’s happy for QPR striker Bobby Zamora never to play, because this is a 3-5-2 that reverts to four at the back for first sub. He believes that there are more points available in the budget bracket in defence than further upfield. Sticking with this basic strategy he is looking for advice to find extra funds to invest in his bench. Downgrading Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas to Manchester City’s Samir Nasri is one option he is considering.

Thoughts? Planning for the first few weeks only. Planning on a few early transfers to follow the form and bandwagons and to make some money! Personally I think it's got good balance and coverage with potential price risers.

So my current draft is:

De Gea (Gilks)

Rooney, Costa, (Bojan).

Defence is obviously the big weak spot but is it worth downgrading on one of my front eight to bolster it? Plus I can't decide on who to drop in that case. Any thoughts would be appreciated...

I seriously need an opinion. Two options im thinking:

Hazard & Bojan

or Diego Costa and 5 mill midfielder(Hoilett)

I have Lamela, Ramsey, Mata and a 4,5 midfielder. Im torn if I should use a Mega offense(Diego Costa, Sturridge, Jovetic) or a mega midfield (Hazard, Mata, Ramsey, Lamela

What do you think??

OK guys have resisted putting up a RMT until now as this must be my 400th iteration! At the stage where I really need a critique with a few more sets of eyes, thought I was happy and now I am not sure so would really appreciate some comments and don't be scared to get brutal!

  Nice team. Would use Foster/Myhill (save up 0.5) and switch Terry for Cahill.. Think Terry is getting rotated a bit this season. Otherwise looks nice.

    I also have the Foster/Krul combo, but Bego and 4m are a great option as well. ... I agree with everyone else, nice team! Plenty there if you need to downgrade a forward or mid to jump on a bandwagon, and 0.5 in the bank in case Sanchez explodes in Week 1.

  Debuchy for Gibbs. Gibbs is a injury risk and a rotation risk because of Monreal. Im a gooner and i think Debuchy is gonna play pretty much all the games. Also don´t quite sold on Filipe Luis or Ashley Young(is he gonna play? Luke Shaw etc)
  
  Would not have Giroud at the start of the season also. Difficult fixtures and i think he might be rotated a bit.
