With so many of you seeking advice on their teams before August 16, we thought it would prudent to run a daily community article to provide a dedicated focus for “Rate My Team” (RMT) requests.

Each day ahead of the new season, we’ll select one of the Fantasy Football Scout team and post up their own RMT request to open up discussion and encourage others to post their own. We’ll turn the comments over to you to provide a useful place for those seeking advice and highlight some of the key decisions under deliberation.

Please nudge those posting RMTs in other articles to visit this daily RMT article. Also, when posting requests, please remember to be courteous to those who take the time to help out. Equally, if you’re an experienced Fantasy manager with some views on initial line-ups, take time out to dip in and contribute – the Fantasy Football Scout team will be doing their upmost to offer their feedback as the discussion develops throughout the day.

The next up is our fixtures specialist Roscola.

Azpilicueta – Evans – van Aanholt – (Wisdom – Bartley)
Mata – Fabregas – Ramsey – Sterling – Sigurdsson
Rooney – Costa – (Zamora)

Roscola admits his team has a major flaw in that it is potentially benchless. He says though that he’s happy for QPR striker Bobby Zamora never to play, because this is a 3-5-2 that reverts to four at the back for first sub. He believes that there are more points available in the budget bracket in defence than further upfield. Sticking with this basic strategy he is looking for advice to find extra funds to invest in his bench. Downgrading Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas to Manchester City’s Samir Nasri is one option he is considering.

  solid team, but i believe that you could get a better pick than chambers, as he isnt certain to get game time and if he does hes not the best attacking full back so hes only going to get cleen sheets points really.

Morning all,

Made another round of changes....Now have,

Mannone Myhill (making a sacrifice here i know)

Azpilicueta Jones Debuchy / Bruce Duff

Silva Ramsey Mata Sigurdsson / El Ahmadi

Rooney Costa Jovetic

Did have Bojan up front but changed my mind so had to find the cash elsewhere to upgrade...

Any thoughts much appreciated...

Is it worth me downgrading Sigurdson to a 5.0 Mid so I can upgrade Zamora to Bojan>
Im playing 3 5 2 currently. So really is Bojan going to score more than Sigurdson??

  It's a nice team, if you're set on 4-4-2 and splashing the cash on Yaya. Tough to rotate defenders though, do you see QPR keeping a lot of clean sheets?

Really would appreciate a friendly RMT. I'd love to find space for Costa, but I just don't know who to downgrade, I like most of my starting XI now.

Yes, back at it once again, feels like i am doing new changes every day! it's time to get this shit started

anyways, came up with two alternatives

Alternative 1

D de gea (mannone)

azpilicueta luis cameron (van aanholt,wisdom)

Ramsey Sterling Fabregas Mata (Ki seung yung)

Giroud Rooney(c) Bojan

Alternative 2

Begovic myhil

Cameron luis Jones (aanholt wisdom)

Mata Hazard Henderson Ramsey (ki seung yung)

Rooney (c) Sturridge Bojan

in alternative 1, i didn't need to lay down 11.5 million for one striker,
instead i could put the 3 millions i saved in choosing giroud in the defence, De gea insted of begovic, azpil -jones, so the defence it's quite better with two chelsea players
and on the midfield i got sterling and fabregas, and thats very hard to say if it's a better combo or not, hazard i think will do more points than fabregas-

Any opinion my friends ?
